We were In Texas and setting up the table before anyone arrived.

Lewis was sitting on the couch on a call, " I understand that, but I won't be able to make it. I'm currently in Texas" he hangs up the phone and tries to set up the table. " it's unbelievable that people expect you to work and attend these meetings when this is our break." said Lewis, I didn't know how to respond, but Charles clearly did, considering they both went off about that situation. The people we chose to stay with us were bound to arrive. Charles, Jules, and I were in the master bedroom. In the second room, Kika and Pierre. In the third room, Alex and Lily. In the fourth room, Luisa and Lando. Fifth room, Lewis and Roscoe. Sixth room, Lance, Oscar, and Logan ( it has two beds). Seventh max, Penelope, and Kelly.
The other drivers found an Airbnb two houses down mine. Only reason they didn't stay with us was because they already reserved that house before hand. we knew that we were able to fit everyone, but when they told us news, it was better for both parties. Everyone was just arriving. they went over to there designated rooms. after a while, everyone was hanging out in the living room. an hour later, Carlos, Daniel and etc. joined us as well since everyone had landed. I was in the kitchen when I felt someone wrap their arms around me. " you look so cute cooking. But I told you I would help you so move over" I smile and turn, i look up at Charles. I wrap my arms around his neck, and his hands are on my waist. Although so many people were around no one was in the kitchen. "so Jules doesn't arrive until next week with my mom, what are we doing tonight?" He said, smirking at me. I shrug my because I knew what he was hinting, " maybe, behave Leclerc" he kisses me and I'm still in the same position looking up at him and holding his neck. " guys get a room" says Max entering the room with probably everyone in back of him. I turn the other way around cutting the meat,Charles was still hugging me from the back. Lando, Max, Carlos and Lewis were sitting at the kitchen island, where we make the food. "Charles, you standing right behind my sister like that is making me uncomfortable" Lewis laughs and tries to hide it, I throw him a crumbled napkin. "why do you guys think wrong" I ask my brother and his stooges, " well he was basically eating you before we walked in" I look up and my brother looks disgusted. I glance at Lando and he was shoving his face with Oreos. " Lando, I thought Max was coming" he looked up, not knowing I was talking to him, " oh right, he's coming tomorrow. He could stay in the room with kika and I. I nod and Daniel walks up to me, " here let me help you honey, since none of these people are helping you make the food" I was just getting the food prepared. We were having a barbecue.
"can I go play in your room" asked Penelope, I said yes, and watched her run up the stairs. I'm not sure if I've ever made Penelope feel left out since Jules came along, but I tried doing my best to make her feel like I did before. She is still my little Penelope.
" Danny, you know you're my favorite person, right? You're the only one besides Kika and Charles, who got up and decided to help me. and you did it willingly" I said, he looks around and laughs at everyone. " I'll always be here for you no matter what" we were talking in the kitchen not noticing we were all done cooking. We went outside and so did everyone else. Everyone sat in a circle, we were all talking about life, but at a certain point the Conversation started to get deep, " I think we'll have a story. Some of us have it easy and some of us have it hard. but even those who had an easy also struggled with the problem of their own. We make the right decisions and some of us make wrong decisions, we don't notice it until later in life" said Fernando, I look up, and although that wasn't aimed towards me or anyone. It hit a little too close to home. I walk out and into the kitchen. I grab a drink, and someone was behind me, " are you OK?" ask Lando, I nod and hand him a drink. " you know? When he was talking, I couldn't help think about what Lance said about us. That everyone knows we are meant to be but we're with different people, and that's how it should stay right?" I said to lando and walk away. He tries to pull me towards him, but I look back at him, " you know that we both aren't good for each other, we have both now, cheated on our significant others. It's worse for me because I am married. that's my child's father I need to think about the three of us. and only the three of us" I say before walking out of the room, he walks up to me, " your child's father huh? Don't forget that I had that title once. shes just not under our care" I walk up to him and slap him, " don't talk about that here. No one knows Lando. only you and Max so stop" I walk out and sit next to Charles again. I lay my head on him, " I love you so much, I hope you know that" he kisses my forehead Charles pov I saw Stella getting up and going to the kitchen, not even a minute after Landon does the same thing, and follows her into the kitchen. Luisa walks up to me, "what's going on between them because every time I ask about him, he gets so mad. When I asked what was so special about her, she went a day without speaking to me" considering she was clueless, she didn't know what I knew. I wasn't going to tell her because that is not my place. "I mean they used to date in high school that is all. there's nothing to worry about. Lando just doesn't like being asked personal questions" she nods, " so you're going to tell me that when you look at them, their eyes don't say they love each other" when she said that I couldn't help but want to scream, I had to restrain myself after hearing that. " no, I think you're just insecure in your own relationship and you should talk to Lando about it" I said, after that, she walked away and sat in her seat. End of pov __________
After a successful barbecue, it was time to head to bed. I lay next to Charles and look at him, He had a worried look on his face, " I'm not asking you because I don't trust you, I do. do you love, Lando" he says, I grab his face and give him a kiss, " I love no one, but you and Jules" I place my hand on hair and play around with his hair.
Lando's pov " do you think you can get me a glass of water?" Asked Luisa, I went to the kitchen and no one was there. On my way back I pass the room they were staying in, " I'm not asking you because I don't trust you. Do you love Lando" it was Charles, asking her a question and it was quiet until I got closer to the door, " I love no one, but you and Jules" my heart completely shattered when I heard those words come out of her mouth. I walk back to the room and give Luisa her water, I didn't want to talk to her, so then i fell asleep, thinking about what she said.
