Hurt From Mercury

It was race day, Jules and Bia and sitting in the red Bull garage.
I walk over to Toto, "she's an amazing little girl, you've taken wonderful care of her. Thank you" I wipe my tears and hug him, he embraces me into a hug as well, "she reminds me of you, so demanding" I laugh and he pays my head, "she's always asking for you, she wants to spend time with you Stella" Susie whispers, Toto nods. "I would love to take her for a while and spend as much as I can" Susie looks over at Toto and smiles, "what about 2 months, we'll see her on race weekends anyway. You and lando can work something out" the smile that I once had on my face started to quickly fade once I heard his name. "That sounds amazing, yes" they both come in to hug me and I run to the Ferrari garage, I jump on Charles and he laughs while wrapping his arms around me, "woah, why are you so happy" he asked while holding me up, although he was smiling my smile was much bigger than his, "Toto and Susie said we can have Bia for two months, they said she's been asking for me and that if I ever need anything or she misses them. Bia would see them on race weekends" I was the happiest person when I received that news, " that's amazing my love, we do have an extra room in Monaco that could be renovated for her. He does live in Monaco" I nod and hug him because I didn't think he was going to be the happiest about this, I was wrong.

He was so accepting about this. He walks behind me and hugs me. " I love you Stella" I turn over looking at him, "i love you too" in that moment when I hugged him I felt warm and comfortable in where I was. The child In my felt safe when I was around child, but there would be moments where I would look at him and feel empty.
"We can go eat after"
He moves the hair from my face and grabs my face, "yes stell" he walks away leaving me standing there. I don't know what that was about but I smile it off.

Lando's P.O.V
I was talking with Carlos, ever since he's moved to Ferrari I can't stand but miss him in a way. He's like my best friend on the grid. He obviously still is just with another teammate.
"So how's your dating life" I had no idea what to tell him considering I'm waiting around for Stella. " horrible" he nods and pats my shoulder, "move on mate" as soon as he said that I hear a very loud and excited girl coming from our right. We turned at the the same time, it was Stella jumping around and jumping on Charles with the happiest look on her face, she was telling him something. They both seemed amused. Hope it's not another kid that would be my last straw. Watching them together was like watching a romcom, they both seemed happy with each other when the other would be around. He walks off towards us leaving Stella alone, she walks off smiling and we both look at him, " you good mate" Charles asks, he smiles and looks at him, "nothing can be better, also bia is going to stay with us for two months if you wanna see her" she was staying with them, my heart shattered a bit but found a while to smile through it. I've lost the my love, and she's clearly found someone better and who makes her happy. Why does this hurt so bad? I clench my jaw. My daughter is staying with him, and if that wasn't enough I saw Stella and walking up with bia. But she ran to Charles. Stella stands next to us, " hey um bia is staying with us maybe we can work something out so you can see her too" I smile at her and I nod, "yea" that's all I can say, that sounded so douchey but that's all I could say at the moment.

"We should go out today, clubbing" Carlos says, Stella smiling and looking over at Charles. "What to?" I think she was thinking about it because it took her a while to answer, " let me talk to Toto, I think Abby is coming today. I haven't seen her so this would be nice" she walks away and bia was still with us, he stops in her tracks, " I want to stay with dad, mommy" her face drops. So does mine, " what did you call us" I look down at bia and over at Charles. He slightly smiles and walks away. Stella watches him walk and walks to to us, "your mommy and dad are Toto and Susie" she says to bia, I know she felt bad for coming into her life and trying to take her away from them. She expressed herself when we went to Utah. They don't mind, they want us to know bia and have a relationship with her. " yes but mom and dad said your my real mommy and dad" she says hugging us. We were both looking at her, Stella looks at me.

We looked into each others eyes for a while until bia gives Stella a kiss, "come on, dad has to race" I laugh at her while she's pulling Stella away, " bye lando be safe" did she just say good luck to me. Carlos furrows and looks over at me, "that's her way of saying good luck now. If your not a Red Bull driver you don't get a good luck" I laugh it off and watch them walk away.
End of P.O.V

I walk into the Mercedes hospitality, I sit next to Susie and pulling a chair next to me so Jules and bia can sit.
"What are you doing today, and Toto?" She looks up at me from doing some work, "probably nothing, why?" I give her an evil smile, her face drops, "I was thinking we haven't gone out, everyone and I mean everyone. We haven't gone clubbing together. I think we should pay a babysitter to take care of them and we all go clubbing" she closes her book and looks over at me, " you know what that's a deal, I haven't gotten a break and neither has Toto. Count us in"
I grab the kids and hold there hands. "Guys don't let go because it's scary out there, you can get lost" they giggle and hold each onto  other.
