Music school Sekai: Rooftop
Luka: Just remember that there are others that are there for you.
Tsukasa: Thanks, Luka.
Toya's voice: Oi, Tsukasa-senpai!
Tsukasa: Hm?
Saki, Toya and Kanade were on the rooftop with Miku.
Miku: I'm sorry Luka, I couldn't fight back.
Luka: No worries, Miku.
Tsukasa: What are you doing here?
Toya: You've been making us worried, even Saki for the worse case.
Kanade: Please tell us what's wrong.
Saki: P-Please t-tell us!
Saki was about to cry.
Toya: Saki...
Tsukasa: I-I...
Toya: Take your time.
Tsukasa: The thing is that, how should I put this. This might shock you guys.
Saki then wipes away her tears.
Saki: Then, I'm ready to hear.
Tsukasa: Recently, I realized that I didn't want to become a star. But there is a total reason for that. When I was back in middle school, I would eventually play the bass at times. Every time I played that bass, it felt like me. But then, a classmate of mine saw my talent in the bass, and asked me to join her band. She said that she wanted to go pro with the others in her band. I actually liked that dream, I kept that dream as a secondary dream. However, I wanted to be a star anyway, so I refused. She kept asking me to join her band, so I kept refusing. So, I had no choice, but to keep my dream of going pro bottled up and the desire to play my bass again. But the day Saki found my bass, that desire came back up again, and that was when I wanted to play my bass once again.
Everyone seemed so somber when he told his reason.
Saki: Onii-chan...
Tsukasa: Heh, to tell you the truth, I actually wanted to keep lying to you all, just to keep you safe.
Toya: But why exactly?
Tsukasa: I didn't want any of you guys to interfere with my problem. I was worried you guys were gonna get involved in it as well.
Kanade: So you wanted to protect us.
Saki: Besides, sometimes you have to carry a burden, but we're all here for you.
Toya: But that's okay to protect us. There are times where you don't want to tell us. But still, we understand what your doing. Protecting others is something you want to do, what everyone wants to do.
Toya POV: Especially if someone is hurt and must keep their distance to keep them safe.
Saki: Um, Toya you zoned out.
Toya: Oh sorry.
Saki: I want to ask you something. Do you want to be our bass player, Onii-chan?
Tsukasa: Your bass player.
Kanade: Ah, we decided to start a band.
Toya: We were looking for a bass player, and we want you to join.
Kanade: Please, Tsukasa
Tsukasa: Toya....Saki...Kanade, everyone...
Tsukasa: Okay then, I accept!
Saki: Hooray!
Luka: Fufu.
Saki: Now then, we better head out now. Its getting late.
Toya: Yeah, my parents are gonna be furious, especially my dad.
Saki: Hehe, that's your dad for you.
Kanade: Well, bye Miku, Luka.
Miku: Bye Bye.
Luka: Toya can you stay here for a minute.
Toya: Oh, sure.
As the other three teleport back to Shibuya...
Toya: Now, why do you need me?
Luka: I sense a note of happiness but yet a hint of nervousness.
Miku: I don't think they mix right.
Luka: That's right. Is something bothering you?
Toya: Well, I'm happy that we're a full band now. But, if we go on stage...I do have stage experience. But, I haven't been there for a while, so I have a small stage fright.
Luka and Miku were quite shock by that.
Miku: Eh?
