Narhari agreed to Dhyaneshwar's offer, and after being inspired by him, he too began to create some Abhangas.

He soon began writing abhangas and quickly rose to fame. Everybody in the state was praising Narhari.

In the end, Bhatia, who had criticized Narhari, found himself in a terrible predicament. He was confined to bed. Everyone was criticizing Bhatia while praising Narhari.

Everyone advised Bhatia to admit his error and to grovel at Narahari's feet to ask for his blessing.

Finally, Bhatia begged Narhari, who pardoned him and told him not to hurt anyone. Bhatia recognized his error. Narahari begged Lord Vitthal with all of his intense devotion and restored Bhatia.

In a similar manner, Narahari was regarded as one of Lord Vitthal's biggest devotees. His abhangas gained a following.In 1313 , he passed away.

Narahari is revered at a shrine that the Sonar community, to whom he belonged, established at Pandharpur.[7]

The Narhari-penned Abhangas are still sung in numerous locations across the nation today.
