A New Discovery (The dryad discovery 1)

Time past part 1

Kristin licked his lips a little to see his friends waiting on him. Damn it, he doesn't want everyone to know that he is an alpha, but at least his friends and the other alphas will keep this secret for now at least. Looking up to see his friends, he takes a breath and hit ball about his secret. "Whenever I'm around an object or a person, it show me what happen to that person or object about ten minutes in the past about how did they die. It's usually around a few days ago top," he answered.

The room went quiet for a moment, Kristin opened his mouth, but Lance beat him. He paused for a second to calculate what his question should be. Eventually Lance opens his mouth to speak.

"So, you have the ability to see through the past just by standing right next to the object in question?"
"Yeah, well in order to see through the past, I have to touch or stand the object, person and place once in my life. Then, I see the past of that object or person in question."

Lance rubbed his chin for a minute, Kristin looked at the note for a while and glance at Aurora. Maybe she knows that letter is saying and maybe the language itself if they are lucky. Kristin hand her the paper, begins to read in clear form much of everyone's surprise.

"Well, what does it say and can you understand the language," Olympia asked. Aurora glance at the paper for a second, then her friends and finally Kristin. Kristin can definitely tell that Aurora knows this language somewhat by her tight grip on the paper.

"Yes I can understand it Olympia, it says 'when someone read this note, Lucy please seal away your dryad powers, this needs to be a secret. No one should know about this secret.' It's in Nympia, a whole new language," she answered. His wolf shot up along with Olympia's wolf ears. Aurora's ears stay neutral as if she knows this about a thousand times. Kristin wonder this dryad now named Lucy.

"Well, whoever is this Lucy person is, I hope that she will give us the answers to this mystery of the assassin and the plant growth going on," Ian snorted. The gem glow an even brighter green than before, the five of them looked at the gem. That mean they are so close to the dryad, he knew it this Lucy person is somewhere in Heavenly Lily forest. Before they moved, Kristin wince for a moment.

He could his friends shouting from somewhere, but the darkness engulf him.

Vision
He wakes up in some kind of forest, noticing a field of lily flowers. Yep, this is definitely Heavenly lily for sure, but no cabin. He looks around to see the girl, no a dryad in view. Her brown hair sweep around the forest, the tunic was green with lily flowers decorating it. That is the same tunic that Aurora found in the second floor, her arms have bark like texture with vines swirling around them with strange markings on them. Her eyes were pink in color from the distance, that's the girl in the book. Kristin sneaks closer to the girl, she wear a silver laurel crown on her head.

Kristin know that she is a high ranking noblewoman by the laurel on her head. The second vision he had when he touch the book is that he will meet this girl in the future. Why is this girl important and will she be the key to find other dryads?

He accidentally snapped a twig causing the girl to turned around to see him. Oh shit she saw him. Kristin expected her to be defensive since well dryads are hunted down before for their beauty in the past. Surprisingly, she gave him a blank look almost if he was a stranger. Kristin mirrored the time he went to the vision when he was in the subway train. He gets closer to see her in full view.

She looks young as dryads usually are, probably looking around sixteen or fifteen at best. No way this is the real thing. A real dryad. They are not some folktales at all, they are real and this girl is a literal proof that dryads exist.
