Hunter slowly opened his eyes as the dim lighting of the basement made the room glow a soft hue of gamboge as he sat up, glancing over to Gus, who was sleeping peacefully on the couch, before sitting up, gently running a hand through his long, messy hair.
He crept up the stairs, careful not to wake up Gus, who he knew was a very light sleeper.
Walking into the bathroom, he looked at his reflection in the mirror, then at the book he'd found on the table.
He snuck a second glance at the mirror, as he felt a slight change in the atmosphere, as a wispy figure emerged from the mirror (TOH Pilot vibes), Reaching Out to him
"Gah!"
He yelped, dropping the book, stumbling backwards, clutching his heart.
No.
He doesn't have a heart.
He has a magical fucking stone.
He's not a witch. He's not a human.
He's not Caleb.
Shakily wandering around the Noceda household, her found a pair of scissors in the midst of some of the patchwork he'd set on the table to show Camilla
Approaching the bathroom again, he violently pulled his hair before crossing the threshold of the small room, chopping off a large portion of it, and tossing it to the ground in a panic.
His breath growing quick, impulsivity overwhelms his mind.
I have to do this
•-•-•-•-Willow 3rd person pov-•-•-•-•
Willow stirred in her sleep, eventually waking up fully, to find her mouth consumed in dryness, as she wandered down the stairs to get a glass of water.
"Ngh..."
Willow took a sip of the cold water, the icy feeling washing down her throat. She walked past the bathroom, only to find the light on, and a small clump of a familiar color of hair tossed to the floor outside
*Snip*
What was that?
Willow hesitantly opened the door, to find Hunter leaning over the sink, impulsive snipe and slashes and cuts overwhelming his hair
"Hunter?"
Flinching, the boy turned his head to face her
"Ahaha...heyy Willow." The stupidest, most embarrassed, and most guilty smile formed on this dumbass's face.
"You...you okay in here?" She asked, timidly
"NoIamnotpleasehelp"
Willow chuckled, before gently taking the pair of scissors from his shaky hands, taking his unruly hair between her fingers, snipping and cutting the soft blonde locks gently.
"Thanks..."
"It's no problem Hunter." Willow gently brushed some hair out of his face so she could cut it "I like spending time with you like this."
He chuckled nervously "Yeah."
"I like spending time with you too."
