BOYFRIEND???

My smile suddenly turned into a frown. I wasn't expecting this!

Well, truth to be told, after what happend yesterday, I wanted to have a closure with Skyler. To know him well like any girl would do.

I feel like I've been stabbed to a thousand deaths. I'm confused!

"Oh." That's all that I could say. Everything's not processed in my mind yet.

My mouth shaped like an 'O'

Skyler laughed. "No silly. She's just my girl bestfriend."

Chloe slapped his arm lightly. "She was buying it you, sucker."

So now they're making fun of me. How rude.

"Hey guys!" Just when Eric and Josh came over.

"Oh my gosh I missed you boys!" Chloe came running hugged each one of them

What a reunion huh? I'm overreacting!!!

I turned to see Sky and caught him staring at me!

"How've you been girl?" Eric asked.

"Just fine. Daddy has a business to attend here and so as mom. I figured I could use a little vacation here with you guys!" She threw back her hair.

"Eh-Ehem." Kayla faked a cough. She must've feel out of place.

"Chloe, This is Kayla Shaw. My bestfriend."

They shaked hands. "Nice to meet you, Kayla. I'm---

"Chloe Ashford. Yeah, I've seen your commercials and congrats for being in the cover of Cosmo." Kayla said beaming at me

"Awww thanks. I like your hair."

Kayla's smile widened. I know she likes people to talk about how great her hair is.

"Really? I just dyed it."

So she's a celebrity? That's why she looked familiar

I can't help but to butt in. "You're a celebrity?" I asked.

"I guess you can call me that. But no. Not yet. Just a rising star"

"Sorry. I mean I watch TV a lot but I haven't seen your face very much."

"I'm a legit model in England."

"Uhm, enough with the girl talk? Can we get something to eat?" Eric asks and looks at Chloe

"I wish I can come. Jetlag strikes so....." She trailed off.

"It's Okay. So are you guys coming?"

"Sorry Eric we have a geometry test in fourth period and I can't miss it." I said trying to sound disappointed but honestly, I was looking forward to go with them.

"Girls are chickens." Eric rolled his eyes and left us

"Whatever, Eric. I wish I could hang out with you girls but I gotta get going. Ray's here" She kisses both of us in the cheek.

She went to Skyler. She hugged him and whispered something in his ear and kissed his cheek.

She waved at us before heading to her chauffer

Eric went back to his girls. Josh, Kayla, Skyler and me were left. Skyler's texting someone. I'm not sure if it's Chloe

"Sweet ride you've got there. Cool of you to make an entrance." Josh laughed and tapped him on his shoulder

"Fuck off, man. Didn't know she was coming until she texted me to fetch her in the airport."

"I see you've missed her."

I can't help but to eavesdrop and play with the hem of my coat.

"Yeah. I was surprised too. That english brat we knew then turned out to be a lady."

Josh snorted. "Well, she looks matured and hot now."

They both laughed and I didn't want to intrude much. Instead I turned my attention to Kayla, who's been very busy with her phone.

"Who are you texting?"

It took her a minute before she answered my question.

"Just some friends." She giggled.

"Let me see." I grabbed her phone and saw her tweet,

Many tweeted her back, excited to hear more of her experience.

I looked at her and raised a brow. "You're tweeting about Chloe?"

"Don't look at me like that! I mean, what's so bad about it?" She rolled her eyes.

I gave her phone back.

"Okay Kaylster."

"You really didn't know who Chloe was?"

"No. Why?"

"Seriously? Don't you watch TV? She starred in the commercial if covergirl!"

I shrugged my shoulders "Haven't seen her much."

"She's the heiress of AXA group of industries. Where have you been?"

"Whatever Kayla. Let's just go back inside before we get late."

"Okay ma'am."

I smiled.

"You guys going back in?" Josh asked.

"Yes. Are you?"

" Nah. We're heading to Shelton's pad."

I nodded and walked along.

I felt someone grabbed my arm.

Skyler.

"Richards, can we talk?"

"We're talking."

"I mean let's go somewhere else."

"Can't. I have class."

"Okay. I'll just wait for you here just text me when you're done." he winked.

I just smiled. He lets go of my hand.

I hate him but I think we're gonna be great friends.
