Namjoon sat solemnly by Jin's side, gently cradling his hand in a firm yet tender grip. Silent tears streamed down Namjoon's face, a poignant contrast to the peaceful facade that enveloped Jin, as if he were merely in a serene slumber.
However, the reality was harsh – Jin wasn't sleeping; he had to awaken from this unfathomable stillness.
"Please, Jin, wake up. Please," Namjoon pleaded, his voice choked with emotion, his lips pressing softly against Jin's yellowed hands.
"I'm sorry for doubting you," Namjoon confessed, his tears tracing delicate paths down onto Jin's hands.
A desperate plea escaped Namjoon's lips as he clung to the hope of Jin's return, his words a heartfelt entreaty to defy the impending tragedy. "Please don't leave me; I can't bear to lose you. Jin, please, I beg you, come back to me," he implored, his gaze fixed on Jin's nearly lifeless form.
"You confessed your love; now prove it," Namjoon murmured, pressing a tender kiss to Jin's forehead, their foreheads connecting as he cradled Jin in his arms.
"Prove it by overcoming all of this. You will survive, Jin," he whispered, tears now cascading onto Jin's pallid face.
Amidst sobs that echoed the depth of his sorrow, Namjoon declared, "I love you. I'm sorry," the weight of his grief paralleling the pain he experienced when his father passed.
A profound sense of helplessness enveloped Namjoon as he questioned the cruelty of fate, his eyes fixed on Jin's motionless countenance.
"Why must my loved ones endure such agony?" he wondered aloud, the anguish etched across his face.
"Why not me? I should have borne the arrow's sting in your stead," Namjoon lamented, his attempts to control his tears proving futile as they continued to flow unabated.

"I can't tell whose fault it is, but Jin certainly doesn't deserve this," Hobi expressed, his tears soaking into Yoongi's shirt.
"It's his father's fault," Yoongi asserted, offering solace by gently rubbing Hobi's back.
"Namjoon is deeply traumatized," Hobi murmured through silent tears.
"I know," Yoongi replied, tenderly kissing Hobi's hair.
After a brief silence, Hobi called out, "Yoongi."
"Yes, honey?" Yoongi responded.
"You should've talked to Tae," Hobi suggested, softly rubbing Yoongi's chest.
Yoongi remained silent. He, too, desired a conversation. The weight of guilt for what he had done to Tae lingered, but he don't know how to start a conversation.
"I don't know how to," Yoongi sighed.
"He's sitting outside Namjoon's chamber," Hobi informed.
"Why?" Yoongi's brow furrowed.
"He doesn't want to leave his brother. His father and Jimin forced him to take a rest, but he refuses to go," Hobi explained, tilting his head to gauge Yoongi's reaction.
"Baby, I know you don't hate him. Go and talk to him, please. It might help him feel better," Hobi pleaded. Yoongi nodded in understanding.
As time passed, Hobi's soft breaths indicated that he had drifted into sleep.
Yoongi carefully placed him on his pillow, planting a gentle kiss on his forehead. He rose from his seat and silently made his way towards Namjoon's room.
