"Stop crying, everyone," Jin pleaded in a weakened voice.
"I can't control my tears," Taehyung confessed, futilely wiping away the traces streaming down his cheeks.
"I'm fine; please don't cry," Jin reassured, still lying on the bed as everyone encircled him.
"Hyung, you're too weak even to move your hands," Jimin lamented, tears welling in his eyes.
"It will be okay. Appa, don't cry," Jin comforted, his gaze shifting to his father, who silently wept.
"I'm sorry. It's because of me," King Beomgyu apologized, clutching Jin's hand.
"Stop blaming yourselves," Jin sighed, a faint smile on his face. Namjoon observed quietly from a corner, smiling in return.
"Get well soon, baby," the King said, gently kissing Jin's hands.
"Don't worry, I'll be fine," Jin reassured them, smiling at each concerned face.
"The doctor said you need a lot of care," Hobi reminded, and Jin nodded in agreement.
"Please, Jin, don't hate me," the human king pleaded once more.
"Appa, how can you say that? Why would I hate you?" Jin gasped, genuine concern in his eyes.
The king couldn't meet Jin's gaze, shedding guilty tears in response.
"Okay, we should go back to our rooms. He needs rest, and we shouldn't crowd around him," Yoongi suggested.
Everyone nodded in agreement. Taehyung rose from his bed, leaving a peck on Jin's cheeks, and one by one, they all exited, offering well wishes and leaving Jin and Namjoon alone.
Namjoon approached him, settling on the edge of the bed with a gentle demeanor.
"Given your weakened state, solid food might be a bit much. How about some milk?" Namjoon suggested, his caring tone resonating in the quiet room.
Jin nodded, a delicate blush tinting his cheeks as he recalled the earlier instance when Namjoon had tenderly offered him water.
Namjoon repeated the gesture, pouring a generous amount of milk in his mouth and then offering it to Jin, their lips meeting after each sip.
A rosy hue adorned Jin's cheeks like a blooming flower, his happiness evident as he momentarily forgot his troubles.
"Namjoon," Jin spoke up once he had finished the milk.
"Yes, my love?" Namjoon responded, affectionately brushing his fingers over Jin's forehead.
"Thank you for not harboring any hatred towards me," Jin expressed his gratitude.
"I could never hate you, baby. You mean everything to me," Namjoon reassured, sealing his words with a gentle kiss on Jin's nose, accompanied by a warm smile.
Jin saw his dimples which were his favourite, in turn, he didn't miss the opportunity to share his feelings.
"Your dimples are my favorite," Jin confessed, placing tender kisses on each of Namjoon's dimples.
Namjoon responded by nuzzling into the crook of Jin's neck, planting soft kisses, their connection imbued with love and warmth.

It was the morning after Jin had awakened. The human king grappled with the internal conflict of not wanting to part from his son, but the demands of his nation necessitated his departure.
Recognizing that Jin required dedicated time to recover, he reluctantly opted to embark on his journey alone.
Upon learning of the king's imminent departure, Yoongi, accompanied by Taehyung and Jimin, went to bid him farewell.
