We see the group huddling around the toy.
Willow: "According to the conjuring books I've read, we say incantation and make a connection with the doll."
Gus: "Figurine."
Bruno: "you know, I could use my magic to give it more of a boost."
Willow: "Are you sure thats a good idea?"
Gus: *gasp* "Yes! After the convention I've been dying to want to see more of your magic. Please~?"
Bruno: "Sure, but this element is relatively new to me."
He said as he summoned his staff as he then drew a circle. Inside of it was a symbol of a crescent moon.

He then placed it underneath the doll as it glowed dark blue.
Bruno: "There, that should do it."
Willow: "Okay, all we do now is say the incantation."
They then held hands as they all say the incantation.

Gus & Willow: (chanting) "Moonlight, we call, we sing. Moonlight, take this chance. Moonlight tie the string."
Luz & Bruno: "And we don't know the words."
At that moment the moon was set in placed as it emanated a dark blue glow. Just then Hooty's eyes began to glow.
