A/n: I know what I said about the next one being something that you could read... but this has mentions of self-harm and depression. So I'm very sorry, and I promise I'll stray away from the triggering ones for a bit <3. And just FYI, the first two poems are my own writing, but the others are... I'll try and find who wrote them but if I haven't added them when it's published, I'll add it once I find them :)

Billie and Octavia, the most unlikely pair, had been inseparable since the day they met. Octavia, with her enigmatic allure, was a constant puzzle to Billie, and that was just the way she liked it. Octavia's preference for hiding within the depths of Billie's oversized hoodies was a testament to her aversion to physical contact with others. It wasn't that she didn't love Billie; it was simply that her introverted nature made her uneasy with too much touching.
On this particular day, Billie had brought Octavia to her brother Finneas and his girlfriend Claudia's house. Octavia, as usual, had her journal in hand, ready to capture every detail of Billie's presence. Billie, noticing Octavia's intense focus, suggested, "Hey, why don't you write about Finneas and Claudia too? So you don't forget our lovely hosts."
Octavia whined softly, admitting, "I didn't bring my clean journal, Billie."
Billie knew better than to question why Octavia couldn't just use her current journal; it was Billie's journal, the one dedicated entirely to her. So instead, she decided to encourage Octavia to broaden her scope of observation. As Finneas chatted away, Octavia diligently began to jot down his words, but the sun chose that moment to play its tricks.
Gasping, Octavia interrupted, "Finneas, can you just pause for a second?"
Finneas looked puzzled but obliged. Octavia was now wholly absorbed in trying to capture the ever-changing hues that danced within Billie's crystal-blue eyes. With each movement, Billie's eyes refracted the sunlight differently, creating a mesmerizing display of colours.
The way the sunlight crystallizes your eyes, turning them into shards of the sky, with shades of sapphire and cerulean, like the calmest sea meeting the clearest sky.
Octavia huffed in frustration as she scribbled furiously, attempting to record the precise shades. The complexity of Billie's eyes was proving to be quite the challenge.
When Octavia excused herself to use the restroom, she left her journal beside Billie to ensure no one else would see it. However, mischievous Finneas couldn't resist the temptation and snatched the journal, deciding to read it aloud to amuse Claudia and himself.
His voice was full of drama as he read Octavia's words, "How beautifully fragile she looked, tears glistening like diamonds on her cheeks. I longed to be able to offer her solace, to be normal enough to hold her close and comfort her, rather than documenting her exquisite vulnerability."
Claudia, caught up in the moment, chimed in, "You know, Octavia's right. Billie does look breathtaking even when she cries."
"Finneas!" she scolded, snatching the journal back, her cheeks ablaze. "That's private!"
Finneas, unapologetic, winked at Billie. "You've got a keeper, sis. Octavia's words are as beautiful as your eyes."
Billie smiled, her heart warmed by Octavia's words, despite the awkward situation. Octavia came back to see her journal in Billie's hold Finneas snatching it, Octavia's eyes widened as she tried to be fine with it just taking her seat beside Billie once more. Claudia took Octaiva's journal out of Finneas' hand. And decide to find a cuter page...
As Claudia continued to leaf through Octavia's journal, she happened upon a page that caught her attention. Unbeknownst to Claudia, this passage held a secret, a memory that Octavia had chosen to keep hidden, even from Billie herself.
