Chapter 12

신아랑 Shin Arang's POV

I felt someone shaking my body, trying to wake me up.

"Sweetie, wake up. It's already 8. I made breakfast. Go and take a shower before joining us." My mom said as I sat up, rubbing my eyes.

I hummed in response and she left afterwards. I got up and went to take a shower. It was Saturday so I was going to the gym later on at around 9.

I went downstairs and joined my mom in the kitchen.

"Morning, Mom." I greeted, giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"Morning, sweetie. I made your usual." My mom told me, pointing to the meal across from her.

"Gomawo, Mom."

My breakfast was just 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites and oatmeal with blueberries.

"Arang. Are you busy today?" My mom randomly asked me while I was halfway done with my breakfast.

"Wae?"

"I thought we could go to the mall and get our hair done, nails done and shop for my wedding dress." Oh, right. She was getting married next Saturday.

"Um, yeah, sure. But can we go after I'm done with some stuff?" She nodded her head happily.

My mom knew I hated doing girly things like going to a salon, getting pedicures or whatever, basically, I hate doing things that girls generally enjoy. But my mom was getting married and it's been a while since we did anything together. Plus, I'd do anything for my mom. She's my everything.

After breakfast, I went to the gym nearby to workout, but I bumped into a huge dude.

We both apologized, but when our eyes met, they widened in surprise.

"Arang?"

"Wonho?"

We smiled and greeted each other.

"Do you workout here too?" He asked me and I nodded.

"Yea, but only on the weekends." He nodded his head.

"Hey, do you want to workout together?" He asked me and I nodded my head. Looking at his body, I definitely trusted him.

"Sure. I'm training my upper body and abs today."

TIME JUMP...

The workout was great. He taught me a lot of stuff that would benefit me. We have decided to workout together on the Mondays and weekends. Well, only Saturdays since he's resting on Sunday, but he said he'd be glad to help me on Sundays.

Right now, I was showering, preparing to go to the mall with my mom.

Looking in the mirror, I desperately needed a haircut. It was longer than before. Should I invite Eunbi? Nah, she could go fuck herself. That's what she gets for lying to me.

FLASHBACK

"Hey, Mom. I'm home." I announced as I put away my helmet.

"Hi, sweetie. Where have you been?" She asked me and that confused me.

"What do you mean? I went out with Eunbi like you told me to do." She looked at me confused too and now I was even more confused.

"I didn't tell you to go out with Eunbi." At this point I was just lost.

"But Eunbi told me that you told her to tell me to go out with her and her friends because I could use some friends and that you would ground me."

"No, I definitely didn't tell her anything." Oh, that bitch.
