Chapter Nine

                             Era's Pov
We were finally at Delhi airport. "Now we are going to have an amazing road trip. Hurray!" I shouted in excitement. "Keep it low Era. We're at airport behave maturely you're not a small child anymore." Shanaya said. "Oh, kick the maturity out of the box. This weekend we are going to have all the fun and let our inner child out." I said. "You and Aditya really do take care and roam around with a baby." "I can hear you Jayesh." I said showing fake anger. "Okay guys lets get our bags." Adi said. "So you finally accept him as our friend?" I whispered this to Adi. "He is not that bad as long as he does not flirt with you or Shanaya." He said. "So get ready for a wonderful weekend. Ohooo!" I said being excited. We took our bags and were heading out. I was in front of our group but I was facing backwards to look at them. I by mistake pushed someone a little. I can't see his face but I said sorry. "Era now enough look ahead and walk or you will fall." Shanaya said. "Okay mom." I said and we all giggled. I looked at front but after walking a little distance I felt a pull on my hand. It was like someone pulling me from a rope. I looked back to see no one. "What happened Era?" Adi asked. "No..Nothing." I said.

                 
                          Chris's Pov
We landed on the airport. We were dressed in black and had sunglasses and mask on so that no one can recognize us. We kept our arrival quiet secret. We are going to surprise our fans by announcing our concert in next week. Till then we are going to take a look around India. "I've came to know that this country is really beautiful." Sam said. "Kate would have loved it here." Aster said. "Emily too." Leo said. "I wish, I could bring Samantha here." Sam said. "Will you guys stop talking about your lovely other half's? Please leave my single soul alone." I said. "Oh come on Chris you gotta find someone too." Aster said. "Yeah lets see when I'll get someone with whom I am connected with the red string of love." I said to which Leo chuckled a little. "Chris its a Chinese myth. You believe in it?" He asked. "Yeah I do believe it and as far as it being a myth is concerned." I paused a little sighed and said "You never know. What's true in this world." "Wait can someone tell me which myth are we talking about?" Sam said being confused I giggled a little. "There's a Chinese myth that says we are connected and bond together with our soulmate with a red string which can be stretched and it never breaks. It gives us a small pull if our soulmate is near or is in any trouble. That is red string of love." Aster explained. "Its cute." Sam said. We were walking and I got pushed a little by a girl. She was walking while looking backwards. "Sorry" she said not very clear. I couldn't see her properly. I let it go and walked ahead to pick our bags and enjoy some airport snack. Suddenly I felt something pulling me. I looked behind and saw nothing. "What happened Chris?" Leo asked. "I felt like something pulled me." I said to which he laughed. "Oh come we just talked about it and you are felling the pull of red string." He said dramatically. I just rolled my eyes and walked ahead.

                    Era's Pov
"We are going via Yamuna Expressway right." I asked. "Yeah Era." Shanaya said. "Who is going to drive?" I said Adi's friend just gave us his car and left it is a luxurious and I am sure we are going to have fun driving as well as travelling with this car. "I am going to drive throughout the expressway." Aditya said. "But I wanna drive too." I said. "No you are clumsy I don't want to get into any accidents." Aditya said. "Well he is right I want to go home alive too." Jayesh said. "You've also started teasing me now Jay." I said being annoyed. "What are friends for?" He replied. He has now gotten really close to all of us its fun to be with him but he teases me like Aditya too. "Ok for real I don't drive bad I am perfect in driving. Please let me drive." I said with my puppy eyes. "Okay, drive here in the city till we reach expressway after that I'll drive." Adi said. "Be careful Delhi's roads and traffic are different than back home in Mumbai." Jayesh said. "Yeah I'll be careful." I said. "No worries about you Era but I am going to drive on expressway." Shanaya said. "But its my friends car." "So what I am more perfect and better driver than any of you here." She said. "Well thats an understatement.  Okay you drive on expressway but let me drive in Agra." He said. "Okay done." Shanaya said. "Jayesh you don't want to drive?" Shanaya asked. "Actually I don't know how to drive a car." He said. "Oh we gotta teach you." I said. "Of course I'd be happy to learn." He said. We did our lunch at the city and got on Expressway at 2 in afternoon. It takes 3 to 4 hours to reach Agra. We were all enjoying living the best day of our lives.
