Lisa's POV
" for fucking shiiiiit!! you managed to get here." Jisoo jumped towards me causing us to fall on the grass.
She immediately stood up and reached out her hand to help me up.
My best friend looked so happy.
"I'm afraid that you might curse me to death if I don't come to your wedding. I'm sorry that I didn't make it to the ceremony but at least I was able to attend the reception, right?" I stated sarcastically before I approach and hug her wife.
"Congratulations, Rosie, please extend your patience to her, I know my best friend is an idiot but she is the most loyal person i know, don't leave her." I whispered to her that made her giggle .
"I know how to manage her, Thank you for coming Lisa,We really thought that you can't make it."
I broke the hug and smiled at her as I put my arms around Jisoo's shoulder. "and you! be mature okay? you're a married woman already." I said jokingly to her which made those who heard it laugh.
I just came from a very important meeting in Japan and I was late because the flight back here to Seoul was delayed.
"Please don't lecture me bro, I'm really waiting for you because your other best friend is here." Jisoo whispered, I frowned at her wondering what she meant.
"A few days ago, we accidentally met her at the mall and we thought of inviting her to our wedding for you to see her and she is here now." She added.
"who?" I asked curiously.
" Lisa, you're slow! Your college best friend ,Jennie." I pause for a moment and My eyes widened when I finally get who she was referring to.
" really? She's here? where is she?" I asked excitedly.
"She was on the beach talking to someone on the phone." She said smirking.
"gosh, I need to see her." I didn't wait for Jisoo's answer and hurried to the beach.
God, I don't know how I will feel. Jennie is here, my college best friend.
I got to the beach and I saw a figure of a woman not far away and I slowly approached her.
is it really her? I asked myself, because how she behaves while talking to someone on her phone and the way she dresses herself is far away from my best friend.
"For god's sake stop ignoring her like she's a stranger, she's your daughter." from that voice I know she is Jennie .
gosh how many years the last time you see each other? 9 ?
God I miss her .
"okay. bye." she dropped the call and threw her hands up like she's really tired of everything.
"It's been a long time, so how does it feel leaving your best friend without even saying goodbye?" I asked bluntly which made her jump in her place in surprised.

Lisa? Is that you?" Unexpectedly, she threw herself at me and I welcomed her with a tight hug.
" God , Lili how are you?" She mumbled .
I broke the hug and fixed her hair. Ohhhh boy !! glow up hit her so hard. I didn't expect my best friend to have this hidden beauty .
