Jennie's POV

" wow , I really like your oppa vibe now Jennie."  one of my classmates said when I met them in the hallway  venue of our acquaintance party, I just smiled at them in response because i'm not comfortable exchanging conversation with other people that are not close to me.

I hate attending events like this, I'd rather lock myself in my room than to hang out with students I'm not close to, but since this kind of event it's mandatory in our school, I don't  have a choice but to attend.

I just chose to wear clothes that I'm comfortable with, which means I'm not wearing an itchy gown .

God! Why does it have to be this really formal?

it's good that they don't strictly require the girls to wear gowns because that would really annoy me.

I'm wearing a ladies suit because i'd rather have a oppa vibes tonight, than to force myself to  wear something that i don't like.

I'm not the type of girl who puts up with uncomfortable clothes just to impress other people. I don't care what I look like, as long as I'm comfortable.

I entered the venue and I was even more annoyed because all I could see were new faces.

I suddenly  remember that the venue is separate for the third and fourth year college, which means that everyone here is, second year and  first year students only, so I'm not familiar with their faces except for those students that are the same year as me and my classmates of course.

And because I'm not the friendly type of person, I don't have that many friends, so I'm like a statue here sitting while holding this tasteless fruit punch waiting to see where my friends are.

God, when will this pointless party end? I asked myself while watching the first year students enjoying the party, while we second year students are just  sitting on the side and waiting for the program to end.

I was walking around the venue when I bumped into a woman, luckily I was able to grab her by the arm before she fell to the floor.

"Mina?" I asked in surprise, she was my classmate in secondary school.

The college I'm attending is just small, I didn't notice her on campus when I was in my first year so maybe she stopped for a year or she just transferred.

"Jennie? sorry I didn't see you."

" No it's okay." I guided her to the garden just outside the venue and I made her sit on the bench because she's limping.

I lifted her gown to look at her foot and I saw that it was swollen, maybe she tripped on her 5 inch high heels.

And seriously, she wore 5 inch heels for what?  I really don't understand the attitude of other women they punish themselves for looking good just to impress other people.

"Your foot is swollen." I let her know and suddenly she let out a bitter smile.

"That's okay, i can handle it, nothing will hurt more than what I'm feeling right now." I frowned and sat down next to her.

"Did you see that girl wearing a ladies suit like you?" She asked while looking at the woman inside the venue who was kissing another woman.

My mouth formed an O, when I got an idea of what she was  trying to convey. "Is she your girlfriend?" I asked her.

She shook her head. "She is my classmate. We have become close since the class started. I thought our feelings for each other were mutual, so I gave myself to her, but I only thought that, because i found out that she is trying to get close to me to get into my pants and i let her." She breathed deeply and wiped her tears.
