The time we spent at the beach was fun. A lot of fun. We splashed around in the water, laid on the sand, talked to each other, and did some more teasing. I enjoyed it a lot. But mostly because it was with him. He could make even the most boring thing interesting.

Hyunjin said he had more plans for me. My only hint for now was that it was going to be a lot drier, because he told me to shower and change into my clothes from earlier.

It was almost 5 p.m. now, and that was the scheduled time for Hyunjin's beach rental to be over. I made a mental note to pay him back for the experience. I had so many mental notes about paying him back at this point that maybe I should just hand him my entire bank account.

"You're going to love this next place, it's your specialty~" Hyunjin singsonged as he led me out. We had put our masks and hats back on at this point.

"Okay, I'm excited," I said, speaking truthful words. Now I was really curious about where he wanted to bring me next.

The suspense was really killing me.

Yet again, after we took the taxi to the spot, Hyunjin didn't let me see where it was and walked in front. Only when we were right in front of it did he let me take a closer look.

"I just had to take you here," Hyunjin said as he admired the place. "I know you love singing. And I want to hear you sing for me."

"I love singing so much, it's a way for me to express my emotions," I breathed, then threw myself into his arms. He looked surprised at my sudden actions. "Thank you, and I want to sing for you as well. I also want to hear you sing, you're not a bad singer yourself, you do know that right?"

"My singing is pretty average, but I can rap and dance pretty well," Hyunjin commented. "Come on, let's go before our slot is allocated to someone else! I reserved a room for 3:30."

We ran inside the building together. Hyunjin checked us in and they led us into the small room. Inside, there was a huge TV, two microphones, and a bench that was attached to the wall. A popup table was also on the side, in case we wanted to place drinks on it. There was even a curtain for privacy reasons. We would probably need that.

As soon as we shut the door and closed the curtains, I let out a sigh of relief and practically flung the mask off my face. "Finally! Some privacy, I love it."

"Me too," Hyunjin agreed, the mask from earlier already scrapped. Hopefully he had brought more.

I looked at the big TV in front of us and turned on the screen with the nearby remote. There was only one app installed, and it was the karaoke app. I opened it up, which brought me to the home screen.

I tapped 'Create Setlist' using the remote. "Do you have any certain songs in mind?"

"Oh boy, you would not know just how many songs I want you to hear," Hyunjin laughed. "Not only do I want you to hear them, I want you to hear me sing them. Only me."

My stomach did a flip as my cheeks flushed from his words. Possessive much? We weren't even actually dating. That wouldn't work in any way. "So, uh, wanna add the songs?"
