"Wake up, you lazy woman, and change out of those elephant pajamas ASAP," Sana's morning wakeup call rang through my ears as I groaned. "Today we have a busy schedule. Check your phone, I sent it to you."

I rubbed my eyes as I sat up. "Thanks."

After the morning fatigue had worn off and I finished my morning preparations, I was getting ready to leave with Sana for the practice room when a loud bang came from the other room. 

"No way!" The muffled voice of Zoe yelled. "Our debut is tomorrow?"

Sana and I looked at each other in alarm before rushing to the button that lifted the separation wall. "What? What are you talking about?" I asked with a worried expression.

"Our debut is tomorrow," Jeona clarified. "It's because JYP thinks it's 'good luck' or whatever. He visited a fortune teller and she told him debuting tomorrow would bring the group good luck."

"But what about all the teasers? He hasn't even posted them yet!" Sana said, realizing the amount of work that would have to happen today if we wanted the debut to happen tomorrow. "And Areum hasn't finished recording a song!"

"He's posting all the teasers today, a few hours apart from each other. He apologized to the fans for switching it up on such a short notice on our official Instagram, but thankfully most people's reactions were positive because they will get to listen to our music earlier." Zoe told us. 

"But he didn't even run it through with us!" I was frustrated. "I haven't mentally prepared myself yet!"

"There's no turning back." Jeona shrugged. "He had too busy of a schedule to make time for running it through with us. Which is very unfortunate for us. We have to stop wasting time. Areum, to the recording room, Zoe and Sana, come with me to the dance practice room, we'll rehearse the songs a couple more times. Then you all have an individual schedule, check your phones for it. Since you were sleeping, Areum, I had Sana send it to you because you missed the part where I yelled to everyone how to find it."

"Wow, that's a lot of work. Thanks, Jeona. I'm off!" I called to them halfheartedly as I headed toward the recording room again. They looked bewildered after I left them immediately after being given my instructions.

During the walk to the room, I heard my phone ding with a notification. I pulled it out.

I wasn't really in the mood to deal with him, but responded anyway because I'd already read his text and it'd be rude if I didn't respond.

pls my groupmates left me to go eat at an eggplant specialty restaurant, only felix was kind enough to stay with me
