When I got up the next morning, the first thing anyone said to me was, "So you did stay up late binging dramas."

I rolled over and rubbed my eyes. "No, Sana. I just couldn't sleep."

Sana was over by the bathroom, doing her morning skincare routine, which consisted of at least eight steps. I didn't really have that kind of patience, so mine was a lot simpler, with only four steps. "Are you sure about that?"

"Yes, I'm sure." I sighed. After coming back from that extremely strange hallway encounter, scratch sleeping, my insomnia multiplied. The only thing I thought about was the extremely annoying Hwang Hyunjin boy. I'd say I ended up getting around four hours of sleep.

I also spent a good hour doing some research on him. Turns out, he wasn't lying (surprisingly) about being in a boy group called Stray Kids. He was the main dancer, lead rapper, and a visual of the group. I watched a few videos of him on stage as well, and I'm going to be honest here, I was totally hooked by his stage presence. The only thing about him was that he was so nice on camera, but so annoying to me! Why? What did I do to deserve his wrath?

I got up and headed over to the closet to change into some casual clothes. Today, we didn't have much to do, well, at least I thought so.

"Guess what?" Just by the tone of Sana's voice, I could tell it wasn't good.

"What?" I wasn't very excited to hear about it, but it was probably important.

"Zoe just told me that the producers lost the recording to our songs." Sana sighed.

Hearing this, I immediately sat up straight. "What?! Is that even possible?"

"Apparently it is. Well guess what, today won't be a free day, we'll have to rerecord "I'm Coming' and 'Right Here'." Sana informed me halfheartedly.

"You have got to be kidding me." I clutched my head. "And I was looking forward to a day of relaxation!"

"Yup, sorry." Sana gave me a thumbs up. "Don't worry, you got this! Now go change out of those elephant pajamas! They're giving me a headache."

"Is it really a sin to like elephants?" I muttered jokingly but went to change.

After doing all the necessary morning preparations, I called to Zoe and Jeona in the other room. "You guys ready to head out?"

"Almost done!" Zoe called back.

After a couple more minutes, the other two members met us in our room. "Come on, let's go now." Jeona, as our leader beckoned to us.

As we walked along the path to the recording room, Sana attempted to hype everyone up. "So! Who's excited to record our songs again?"

"Not me." the rest of us answered in unison.

"I thought we were getting a free day!" Zoe complained.

Jeona sighed. "Same. I thought I would be lounging and watching dramas right now!"

"Me too. Honestly, I'm kind of tired of our songs at this point. We've listened to them so much." I agreed.
