-Getting lost into a forest made a child stay lost forever-
A young child looked around the forest, from his left to his right, all he see in this tranquil place is a lush of green. Green everywhere.
He was lost.
The kid sighed calmly, he was immersed in reading that he lost track of where he was going and now ended up in this predicament. The kid stopped in front of a meadow where the scent of padisarah waft through his nose. He scan the place once again. Surrounded by four trees one from each corner, the meadow is bathed in sunlight. The forest itself was bathed in sunlight. As if light itself bestowed the forest its child that made the place magical and bright.
The kid was contemplating on just laying down in the bed of soft grass or to slowly walk back and find his way back home.
The result was him choosing neither as he decided to roam around a bit more and maybe encounter a nice place to be his reading spot. The kid is known for his sharp memory, so he is confident of being able to find his way back to this meadow. Back to his house though, that might be a problem. A problem he'll figure out as he go.
Armed with his book, the child moved forward to discover this new place more.
It wasn't a surprise, how lush and full of life the forest is, everywhere you look is a beauty. He even found a willow tree that is a perfect spot for reading. He continued to walk but paused upon seeing someone standing from a distance.
A man not older than thirty but not as young to be a teen stood beside a tree not far from where he was. The tall man was looking up with his hands reached out as a white dove lands on his hand. His long braided blonde hair endowed with flowers swaying as he move, and the white robe that hid less skin as the sunlight kissed it moved like an invitation.
The child's words got stucked in his throat, and he just stood there watching as the beautiful creature smiled brighter than the sun as he lift his hands to make the dove fly. Teal eyes did not move, it did not blink, not even when the man turned to look at him.
Carmine eyes widen in surprised before the man rushed over as cautiously as possible to the young child.
"Child?" The man called out and instantly, the young child felt like he forgot to speak. "Are you lost? Where are your parents?"
The beauty's red hues imbued with concern as the child did not respond and seeing the concerned look garnered a gleam of happiness to the kid's heart.
'What a kind man.' Is what he thought as he gain composure to talk.
"I lost my way and was about to find a way to go back home. Are you lost too?"
The blonde man smiled as gently. "No. I live here."
"Come." The man stretched a hand out for the child to hold. "I'll take you back home."
The child did not hesitate to grab the man's hand, he saw the opportunity to touch him after all which he seemed happy of.
"If you make this forest, then where do you live?" The child asked as the two walked hand in hand. The blond man humming a light tune as he gently yet tightly held the child's hand.
"I'm everywhere in this forest. But I have a small house near the lake."
"Do you know where I live?"
"No. But your village is the only place close to my forest."
"That padisarah on your hair looks good on you."
