"Please stop crying" Aliyu said hugging his wife who still couldn't get over the incident that happened at her In-laws place earlier.

"Haba, do you want the kids to come home and see you crying, they'll cry as well fah" Aliyu said again

"I thought for a moment that everything will at least be better but it just became worse" Maryam said in her cry

"Forget all about that, stop thinking about this things it doesn't matter as long as we're together" Aliyu said

"Or do you want to make peace with her and she ends up forcing another woman into your house to share your husband with you" Aliyu said again as Maryam shook her head

"Then don't think about her again okay" he said

"How can I not" Maryam said as she broke the hug to look at her husband

"Aliyu she's your mum and my mother in-law, Aliyu she's your children grand mum, and the fact that she doesn't want to have anything to do with us it's impossible to just forget about her" Maryam said crying

"Aliyu I'm sorry" she said again crying as she hugged him

"Why are you apologizing to me, stop it, I'm not upset with you" he said caressing her back

"But she's angry at you cause of me" Maryam said

"No no, that's not the case she's always been like that since I was younger, you didn't do anything she's the one with the problem she's the one with the issues" Aliyu said again as he tried to calm his wife.

Maryam spent the day crying and eventually ended up sleeping while Aliyu made her feel comfortable before going to pick up his kids from school.

Bringing them home, he cleaned them up and fed them so they wouldn't disturb their mum even though they requested several times to see her.

It's been two weeks now, nothing's changed for Maryam, she kept trying to reach her mother in-law but that's all in vain as the woman ignored her and made every effort difficult.

Aliyu on the other hand has been dealing with Fatima, apparently the woman got his number from his mum and has been stalking and disturbing his life.

He blocked her contact several times but she keeps using different numbers to reach him. Aside from that he also have to deal with bumping into her when his out which he believe is no coincidence but still can't figure out how she manage to know his location and keep up with him.

She's tried different seductive method which always failed cause the man rather finds her annoying and shameless and ends up leaving her with threats.

Aliyu is currently shopping for presents to gift his wife as his noticed her moody behavior these past few days which he believed it was cause of his mum.

After looking through the outfits and bags section, he was currently at the jewelry store trying to find the perfect diamond set for his wife when he bumped into Fatima again.

"Oh hi" she said giving him her flashy smile as he hissed before continuing walking ignoring her existence.

"Aliyu, I just greeted you, why aren't you responding" she said again walking behind the huge man who was just looking through the shelves to find something suitable enough for his wife.
