"Calm down okay, I know my son disrespected you but you shouldn't give up, if you want him you need to put more effort no matter how much he reacts" Aliyu's mum said to Fatima who sat in front of her crying

"Stop crying I understand your pain but this won't make Aliyu marry you, you need to stop crying and start thinking and analyzing, if you want Aliyu to be yours you need to look for a way to be better than that his wife, you need to do something she hasn't done before and let him feel attracted, stop crying" she said again as she pet Fatima

"Ummah, I don't know why he hates me so much, his not even willing to give me a chance, I don't want to marry that Alhaji his too old for me" Fatima said crying as the woman pet her even more

"I understand, calm down okay, just stop crying and let's think of something" the elderly woman said as Fatima sniffs her tears and tried to stop crying.

After what felt like 5 minutes she finally calm down and now the woman decides to have a proper conversation with her.

"Ummah what do you think I should do?" Fatima said to the older woman as she took a deep breath before speaking

"Firstly Aliyu clearly doesn't like you cause he thinks you're persistent and you stalk him, he thinks you're trying to win him over sympathetically so you need to be distant for now, make every encounter charismatic and unforgettable for him, he'll look for you and he'll be the one chasing you"

"You have to stop showing that you love or want him, you have to start acting like you don't care about him that'll make him want you" the elderly woman said

"Are you sure it's going to work?" Fatima asked

"I'm certain, the only issue now is how to make encounters with him" the elderly woman said again as she kept quiet to think for a moment

"I'll try to get information from his wife about his whereabouts, you just do the needful and make your appearance there, remember make him notice you but don't let him suspect a thing" she said again as Fatima nodded

"I hope it works" Fatima said not being too sure of the plan

"I'm certain it will, just be extra careful and do exactly as I tell you" the elderly woman said as Fatima nodded

The woman discuss the plan she had in mind to Fatima and shortly after that she took Fatima home before returning to her husband's house.

"Where are you coming back from?" Alhaji Muhammad asked his wife as she walked into the room

"Is that how to welcome your wife home?" She responded before sitting on the two sitter couch

"I got a call from Aliyu about what you did today but I want to hear it from you, what did you do?" He asked ignoring her previous question

"So this is what this is about?" She said annoyed knowing no matter what she say he'll still believe his son over her

"Why are you trying to cause a problem in his marriage, what exactly is your problem, why do keep taking that woman to him, how many times would he make it clear that his not interested, why are you trying to force it upon him" he said upset

"Look don't say things you're not sure of, I'm not forcing anything upon Aliyu..." She said as he cuts her off

"Then what are you doing?, Why did you take that woman to his house even after all that have happened previously?" He asked angrily
