"As we know, some of the most dangerous villains escaped recently in Tartarus. And they're going to be causing ruckus along the city. We need to aim to protect the citizens but also be careful ourselves.We-"

Your eyelids were suddenly feeling heavy. You propped your head on the palm of your hand and made an effort to strain your eyes open and listen, but the Pro Hero's words weren't registering.

"I see I'm boring some of you."

Staying up until four in the morning and functioning on only a handful of cereal and a can of energy drink was not your smartest move.

You jolted awake, and immediately looked up to find Number 1 giving you the death glare with his ugly fiery wannabe mustache.

You furrowed your eyebrows, you never liked the guy.

"This is serious. We have crazy, powerful, and dangerous villains on the loose. If you're not going to take this seriously then I advise you to leave." Hawks said, pushing himself off of the wall, his red wings shifting behind him as he walked up to the table the other two were standing over.

Wiping at your eyes, you readjusted your seating again, ignoring that the heaviness had spread from your eyes to your entire head.

"I'm paying attention. It's just we've been having the same meeting for 2 weeks straight. How about we actually start to do something." You said, angrily.

He was taken aback. You were usually quiet with other heroes, very reserve to yourself. So he frowned in confusion whilst looking at you.

"I think what she means to say is, we should start cleaning up this mess little by little. We need to start with the escaped prisoners, track them and go from there." A voice you knew said. The only voice you somewhat liked in this entire room.

"Very well Eraserhead. Let's stick to your plan and start cleaning from the inside out."

Aizawa eyes glanced towards you. And you mumbled a soft thank you, bowing out of respect.

"Now, as for the holidays coming up. I'm going to need a roster of those who can stay behind and do some surveillance on the 24th, 25th all the way to New Years." Endeavor asked, almost staring down at you.

No one said anything for a while, of course they didn't. They all had either family, friends or even plans already for the holidays. Everyone but you of course.

You diligently raised your hand, tossing a forced smile to the Number 1 hero, "I'm available the whole week."

"Perfect. Lux can keep surveillance for us, remember if any emergency or unexpected event occurs don't hesitate to reach us. Now, that is it for our meeting. We'll see you all next month."

You rolled your eyes, pushing yourself off the wheeled chair.

"You just love getting them riled up, don't you?" Aizawa hummed as you both made your way out the building.

The sky was covered in gray, not a single bit of blue in sight. These were your favorite kind of days.

"It's not that. It's just, they talk so much and for what? Just say you're scared and make a plan. Boom done."

Aizawa chuckled, your naiveness always getting the best of you, "How's it been with Endeavors work study students? I've heard he's been making them do weekly blood work."

You laughed, "I have happy, dopey and grumpy with me at 5 AM in the morning getting blood work done. How do you think I'm doing?"

Aizawa rubbed the back of his head, "Imagine how I feel, I'm their home room teacher."
