The three of you were walking through the amusement park, taking in every shiny light, enticing smell, and blasting ride.

Eri and you were thrilled to spend the day here, Tomura on the other hand was hiding a scowl behind his mask.

He couldn't remember the last time he went to an amusement park, even through flashbacks of his childhood there wasn't much fun going on in them.

"Hey." You said, releasing him from his thoughts, "I can tell from the way you're glaring that you're frowning. Just relax and try to have some fun, there's no drama, no villains, no heroes, just a bunch of junk food, rides and games."

He scoffed, as he put his hands inside the pocket of his hoodie, "Your definition of fun is far from mines."

You snorted a surprised laugh, "We'll see about that."

"Come on Eri, why don't we show our friend some of our favorite rides?"

You noticed more and more people arriving at the amusement park, and didn't fail to observe the odd stares given. If you weren't careful, Tomura could easily be seen and recognized.

"Come here." You said, reaching over to grab Tomura by the arm, your arms interlocking together as you walked side by side.

Tomura glanced back at you with surprised eyes. Lightly scoffing as he frowned,"What are you doing?"

"People are staring. We have to look more or less like we're together to raise less suspcion." You said in a small voice, so quietly that Eri couldn't hear.

He turned his eyes to you before scanning the area around him. You were right, there were people stopping and staring, and it's not like his getup exactly screamed family friendly.

"So what? We pretend to be some sort of family?" He asked, looking into your eyes.

"Exactly." You murmured, your voice steady, "A family."

Tomura didn't say anything, instead he just stared at you, unwavering. He suddenly grew calmer, only swallowing thickly as he looked away muttering a , "fine."

You three rode a handful of rides, from the Carousel, scrambler and even entered a fun house. It wasn't long before Eri got snacky and decided she wanted some cotton candy.

"Alright Eri, find us a table and we'll buy the cotton candy." You said as she let go of your hand.

As you made the line to the cotton candy, you peaked over to take a look at Tomura. Throughout the day he was quiet and hesitant on every ride, but still, he never actually refused to join you. You did catch him here and there looking like he was enjoying himself, but then again it was hard to notice with the mask on.

"What flavor are you getting?" You hummed as you sneaked a look at the sugary swirls of cotton.

"None, thank you." His gaze drifted over to the pink and blue, "Not a fan of sweets."

You pouted, unable to accept his response as an answer, "I'm getting you pink." You insisted, "Eri likes blue so that way we'll have both flavors."

"And what about you?" He said dryly, "Aren't you getting one as well?"

You rose your eyebrows, and a smile carved your lips, "We're sharing silly!"

"Excuse me?" He blinked, his pale cheeks dusted pink as his red eyes focused on yours.
