▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ HAPPY ENDING:
THE ARENA IN which the Renmants of scintillations was held was being taken apart, and reporters had to be escorted away to give workers peace to do their job. Until then, things were going slow. Most of the props of the stage were still intact. Only the stadium was currently being put down. The dreams were established, performances reached into the depths of hearts in spite of what happened.
You liked to go visit the place and be sure where you'd put the chalkboards full of fan messages. Possibly in a room for a memorial of that fascinating night, but then again, it was impossible to think so optimistically when brought back to what happened in the end. It was because of your worry that urged Souma to be by your side whenever he could. Now he was suddenly a self proclaimed bodyguard.
"F/n-dono, how many times do I have to tell you not to wander off on your own?" Souma frowned as he quickly followed you. You hates to have others fuss over you and you're eternally thankful for it anyway— yet when it came to Souma, you couldn't help but feel a bit too flattered. You turned to him, a peaceably giving smile with your arm gesturing beside her.
"I wanted to see if you would actually follow where I go." You chuckled. Souma didn't know what was so entertaining right now. He noticed you were gesturing over to the fantastical staircase and bridge on the grand stage. He remembered having so much fun on that staircase and seeing how enthusiastic the staff members were decorating the bridge to each unit's theme behind the curtains. It was all in a blink of an eye— people work so hard, with all their might and passion.
"And I really wanted to check up on the props." You rested your arm back at your side. "I don't know where I'll be putting this bridge."
Souma watched you walk up the stage and to the small staircases you go. He wasted no time catching up to you though he stayed at a respectable distance and stood in front of the bridge that wasn't really as high as he remembered. "You plan on keeping this prop?"
"Yeah, it's cute." You whistled, a hair strand rubbed between your fingers, "Would it be a hassle to the staff? In that case, I think I can just keep the—"
"Mm, I like this bridge too!" Souma confessed. He smiled courageously at his producer. "Even if it's a hassle, there's many people here who believe in your judgment. F/n-dono, if you really love this, then don't worry about the opinion of others."
You stared at him from up the bridge, hands placed on the safety railing, "Mhm, you're totally right." your smile had turned a little more serene and almost dazy. All things considered, Souma would encourage you to take a break, but your mind was set on being fully energized. "I really like you being here with me, Souma, but are you sure Hasumi and Kiryu are alright with this?"
