TenTen was happy to get some sort of break from Gaara. For more than a year she's been spending all of her time with him. From moving in & living with him to dropping any of her remaining identity just to get immersed into his and she couldn't stand it any longer! This is why she misses living at home & with her old roommate.

Even though she and Hina were besties and valued each other's opinions, they still allowed each other to make their own choices and to at least learn things on their own. But with Gaara, everything was so different. She had to abide by his rules or else, which was pretty fucking horrible...

Thoughts looped around her mind constantly whenever she thought about Hina. Like leaving her all alone to be under her boyfriend 24/7 & she knew it wasn't right, but she often wondered why she made such an idiotic decision.

Hina deserved better than that and if she could go back in time and change everything she would. But she can't, so now she's all for making it up to her, no matter how much Gaara dislikes it.

A lot of times she'd think of all the nostalgic memories they shared. Long deep conversations, about anything, though they could never stay on one topic.

They ate out together and made jokes about every funny thing they saw. Like the old man's dentures that always fell out of his wrinkled mouth. The big-boobed hussy with the enormous big blonde wig that never secured her scalp. And even the athletic jock who thought he was hot when he always had smelly sweating pits.

They were just two peas in a pod who were inseparable. They were truly soulmates and she had the proof whenever they felt something. It was as if their frequencies shot up from their auras & merged. Because whenever Hina felt pain, Tenny felt pain and whenever Tenny got hurt, Hina got hurt. Their emotions were heavily bonded to one another and their souls were truly one.

But something strange happened. When Hina left, Tenny couldn't feel her anymore. It was as if there was a spiritual cord that had gotten cut and she truly hadn't been right ever since. Things were different and to not have that personal light that Hina resembled for her, all she did was drown.

She needs her more than she's ever needed anyone in her whole lifetime. So maybe, just maybe... they could hurry up and get their sisterhood back on track.

Tenny was in the college's main library gathering some books for her next exam. Tech has been kicking her ass badly lately & the more she achieved her academic goals the more difficult her classes got.

So this was the perfect time for her to study and tackle all of the subjects she and the other students would be tested on.

As Tenny moved through the different stacks of book aisles she heard Hina's quiet laughter in the distance, instantly bringing her mood up. A warm sensation covered her cheeks as she moved toward the hearty laughter, & then she spotted her sitting from behind with her head buried in a book.

She was gonna approach her until she saw Temari sitting next to her, leaning over to say something and then they both began quietly laughing.

Tenny's legs stopped all movement and backtracked to some bookshelves as she secretly lurked from behind. Her eyes attentively watched them both as they so comfortably focused on the conversation being had, just like they used to.

Her feelings were hurt and it was heart-shattering to watch. The way they both whispered to each other and smirked as if there was an inside joke she didn't have any entail on made her head hurt because that should've been her and Hina, not Temari and Hina. That picture didn't even make a lick of sense, not even a little!

Now Tenny knows that being friends with Sakura and Ino wasn't the brightest idea but they weren't her bestie! Just because their boyfriends got along didn't mean they were the closest thing in the damn universe!
