"Court is now in session." The judge entered the room and took a seat in his chair.

"All rise."

Everyone in the courtroom stood. "How do you plead your case?" A tanned man in a neat suit with waist-length black hair pulled into a clean man bun spoke with a strong voice. "My client pleads not guilty, Your Honor." Naruto stood confidently buttoning up the top of his suit without a care in the world.

The prosecutor on the opposite side of the offender stood, dressed in a woman's suit no cleavage showing with blue black heels, hairstyle in a shortcut with a few bangs over her forehead, her voice firm, and her light brown eyes looking with determination. "There's undeniable evidence against the defendant, placing him at the scene of the crime."

"Proceed," The judge instructed both attorneys to continue. "You may now be seated."

After everyone sat back down Miss Mitarashi began presenting her case. "Your Honor, lads, and gents of the jury and those in the crowd." She made sure to make eye contact with everyone in the courtroom. "I present the case to you all of the evidence against Naruto Uzumaki, who is indeed guilty of the nefarious murder of the deceased Hinata."

The judge nodded to his acknowledgment. "Thank You, Miss Mitarashi. You may proceed with presenting your evidence."

She nodded once. "Thank you, Your Honor." The mature woman began pleading her case. "Last year Hinata was murdered in cold blood by her deranged ex-boyfriend Naruto Uzumaki." She continued making eye contact with everyone.

"I know there's still a lot of speculation surrounding her death but I promise, when I'm done presenting the hard facts, your opinions and questions will be laid to rest."

She approached the witness stand & called her 1st witness. "Your Honor, I would like to call my first witness Hanabi Hyuga to the stand." Everyone watched the 21-year-old quietly get up from the seat to make her way to the stand. She placed her left palm on the Bible as the other was raised in the air.

"Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God?" She answered quietly, "I do." After that, she sat in the seat. "May you please state your name and occupation for the court and the relation to the defendant and victim?"

She sighed silently before following instructions. "My name is Hanabi Hyuga and I used to work at the Naughty Ladies Lounge as a bottle girl." She swallowed lightly. "Hinata is my sister and Naruto is- was my boyfriend."

Already, quiet murmurs could be heard throughout the big courtroom. "Thank you, now could you explain how your relationship with Naruto Uzumaki came about, please?"

She swiped her tongue between her lips before answering. "He... came to my job 1 night with his friend." Naruto flashed her an evil look for not addressing that correctly.

"Name the friend, please."

Hanabi glanced at Naruto. "I'm sorry, he was his best friend, and his name was Sasuke. Sasuke Uchiha." She nodded, "Continue please."

She took a couple of easy breaths before explaining the entirety of their relationship.

Naruto ignored Hinata's phone calls while he sat on the couch at the strip club. He started to wonder why he was with her.

She was no fun & to make matters worse, she wouldn't give up that virginity of hers.

Not being into parties, drugs, or at least doing things that were considered spontaneous from time to time was bringing him down.
