Hinata walked up to the counter and the nice lady smiled at her. "Name?" She licked her lips and pursed them before answering. "Hyuga."
The nice lady checked off the last name and when she saw that Hinata was written she shot her eyes up and gasped. "Oh my god."
Hinata gaped her mouth a bit and the woman who wore a crisp feminine black and white uniform top got a little flustered. "I'm sorry if this may seem weird but I love your art."
Shocked in her state and still not used to all of the adoration from others about her artwork Hinata's cheeks went crimson and she shyly looked away. "Thank you." She then pulled out some plain paper from the counter. "Can I please have your autograph?" Even though her heart sped up she kindly smiled and gently grabbed the black pen and signed her name.
"Thank you so much." She hugged the piece of paper to her chest and beamed while Hinata felt her heart warming.
When she was away in Paris she got a lot of love during her 6-month mark there but she never referred to them as her fans but her supporters and she would always add in her gratitude for people appreciating her creations.
Hinata was guided to the table & after her purse was on the back of her chair, she sat her arms in her lap, and looked at her family.
Hiashi's lips were pursed and he kept looking over at his wife who didn't know whether to smile or speak, her face almost mimicking a robot in a way.
Hanabi's facial expression was sulked as she kept her head down and Neji was lavishly sipping on his drink while eyeing her like a tiger making her stomach churn with disgust.
"So, why am I here?" Hinata decided to speak first so she could leave as quickly as possible. That was enough to make her father speak with his everyday authoritative tone.
"That's not how you greet your family." She huffed and bit back the insult she wanted to hurl at him. "Sorry, hello everyone, why am I here?" Hiashi sat up in his seat and gave her a grave look and she returned it.
Hiabu decided to speak before anything could turn into a potential argument. "I see that you've made a little name for yourself as an artist, that's really great." She smiled cunningly at her mother and lowered her eyes a bit while replying smartly. "Yeah, and I did it without the support of anyone."
That made the pretty raven-haired woman shamelessly turn her eyes away and Hiashi balled his right fist and snapped a mean look at her. "Are you single?" Neji paid no attention to the obvious friction and asked a question that's been lingering in his mind.
His piercing eyes couldn't stop staring at her cleavage as the tool in his pants grew erect. "That's none of your business." She sneered.
"Hm, you went off to Paris and came back with a mouth on you. I like it." He squinted his eyes and spoke with a more husky tone and that made his father check him on his behavior.
"Get yourself together, that's your sister!"
Neji snapped a cold look to Hiashi and finished his drink then he sat the empty glass on the table and snapped his fingers to order another one. "And I think you've had enough drinks!"
Even with everything that happened between Neji and his parents he still had to respect them. Besides, finding his birth parents didn't go as he expected it to.
They were a bunch of drunks and druggies and the trifling couple used him for his money, masking it as if they wanted to get to know him as a person. But eventually, he cut them off for good and his real parents accepted him back with welcoming arms, reminding him that he'll always have a home in them.
