Mince Meat Kebabs on Skewers.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutesRecipe Ingredients:
500gm Mutton
1 small Onions finely chopped
3 Cardamoms
6 Cloves
2" cinnamon
1 black cardamom
1" piece Ginger
A pinch Mustard Seeds
½ tsp pinch Cumin
5gm Coriander
8 Flakes Garlic
Salt to Taste
1 egg
30gm FatMethod:
Wash and mince meat. Grind together all the spices. Add meat, salt; grind well. Bind with beaten egg.Divide mixture into even sized balls.
Grease skewers. Roll balls on to skewers. Pour melted fat over the kebabs.
Cook over heated grill basting frequently till golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney and onion
