Butterscotch pudding is one of my favorite dessert .During my last vacation my cousin told me the recipe .The ingredients required is quite simple and it is easily made by anyone
Easy Butterscotch pudding...

Ingredients:
Sugar 1 cup
butter 50 gm
milk 2 cups
condensed milk 1/2tin
china grass 9 gm
Method:
soak the china grass in water for sometime.
Heat a sauce pan and caramalise the sugar.
put the sugar into heated pan in a low flame .
do not stirr. when the sugar melt completely and turned into brown colour, add the butter.
then add milk and condensed milk.
mix all together and bring to boil.
meanwhile melt the chinagrass and add to the milk mixture..
mix all together and pour into a dish.
refrigerate and serve chil...
