Mini ombre cake 💜💜

Ingredients

3 Jumbo eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2  cup flour
3  level tsp baking powder
125 g  margarine
2 tsp vanilla essence

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a
Kenwood and beat for 4 minutes.

2. Divide batter in two , colour two different shades ,colour of your choice.

3. Pour mixture into two  greased small swissroll pans.

3. Bake at 180 for 15  minutes.

4. Cool completely and freeze for half hour.

5. Cut out with round cutter.

6. Pipe with a star nozzle and sandwich together and decorate as desired.

Butter icing

125 g butter
2 cups sifted icing sugar
1 tsp caramel essence
1 tblsp milk

1. Cream butter and sugar very well.

2. Add vanilla and milk. 

3. Beat till combined.
