🐟🍘 Fish Cutlet🐟🍘
One day in a serious tone my lil cousin told me "Di,don't drink water after eating fish" i got worried something will happen to my health if i drink water.Curiously i asked her what will happen if i drank water after eating fish .with a Smiling face she replied " Fish will start swimming in your stomach and start to tickling you.Everyone will think ,with no reason your laughing "😂😆😆😆oma!! Her little brain.whenever i ate fish i just remember her.Actually ,her mom told her so,that she can prevent drinking lots water while eating😅
Ingredients:-
Potato 3
Freid/boiled King Fish ( any kind of fish you can use bt listen only one thing it shoulb be have more flesh) - minsed 1 cup
Garlic-ginger-greenchilly paste- 2tspn
Cumin powder -1 spn
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tspn
Salt
Bread crums
Egg
Finly chopped Coriander leaves
Oil
Curry leaves
Preparation:-
First boiled the potato with pinch of turmeric powder, salt after boiling smash the potatos the keep side
Then take a pan add ghee and saute the chopped onion then add ginger garlic green chilly paste saute it well after that add curry leaves , and add all masala powders which i have mentioned above.
Saute it well after that add minsed fish mix all together well finally add finly chopped coriander leaves the closed with a lid and put into low flame for 10 mins..
after that add mashed potato into it mix all together and after 5 mins off the flame..
allow to cool this at room temparature.
Beat the egg while beating add pinch of salt.
Take the cutlet mixture make it like cutlet shape , and the dipped into beaten egg then give one coating of bread crums and again dipped into beaten egg again give another coating of bread crums then freid into oil, this double coating gives the cutlet thick creast so didnt break even while frying , and also finaly you got crunchiest cutlets like which you have buy from shops...
Warning: Don't Drink milk or tea or coffee after eating fish
