Creamy Yummy mango Cake

Delicious cake .You just need to try
Ingredients:

1 ½ cup Refined Flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup butter

1 cup castor sugar

2 eggs or 1 ½ cup Condensed milk

2 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 cup mango puree

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

For mango truffle:

1 cup white chocolate

1 cup cream

Whipping cream

½ cup alphanso Mango puree

Method:

Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Grease a baking tin and keep aside.

In a bowl, Cream butter and castor sugar , till light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla essence and beat well.

Add chopped walnuts, and fold in refined flour and baking soda .

Add mango puree, and buttermilk.

Pour batter into the greased pan and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190*C for 40 minutes.

For Mango Truffle, in a pan, heat cream. Now add this to a bowl with white chocolate and mix well. Add alphanso mango puree and mix well.

Keep in the fridge to cool. Now, remove the mango cake from the oven , and decorate it with some whipped cream added to the cooled mango truffle and mango cuts.
