Chapter 51: The Realm of the God

Goku and Raditz are currently on King Kai's planet training. The two went Super Saiyan as they fought together. Before the brothers could get serious in their training, King Kai ran out of the house, panicking.

"Goku! Raditz! You two need to hide!" King Kai panicked, scared. Both Goku and Raditz are confused as they look at each others' faces and then look at King Kai.

"What's going on? Why do you want us to hide?" Goku asked.

"Just hide! I am not going to repeat this!" King Kai shouted so they did what he said as they went to hide in the house. After that, the two strange figures appeared as Goku had never seen them before.

"North Kai, it's been a while," a silver-haired man said, smiling.

"L-Lord B-Beerus... W-Whis... What an unexpected surprise. What brings you here?"

"Enough chat. These two can come out now. I already show them." A purple cat said, gazing at the two Saiyans.

Without being told, Raditz and Goku walked out of the house. Raditz looked terrified while Goku was curious.

"Raditz, it has been a while since I last saw you and Vegeta as kids. You have grown well." Beerus said.

"Wait, Raditz, you know them?" Goku asked, confused.

He nodded. "Ever since I was a child, I met him when I was a lower-class Saiyan warrior, Kakarot." Raditz said, "You don't remember that much since you were a baby."

Then Goku faced them. "What are your names?"

"I'm Whis and this is Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction," Whis introduced himself and Beerus to him.

"Wow, so that means you're really strong? Let's fight!" Goku exclaimed excitedly.

"Goku!" King Kai hissed.

"Kakarot, you can't just challenge him like that. He'll kill you if you do." Raditz scolded his younger brother.

"That's quite alright. It's why I came here in the first place." Beerus said, smirking.

Goku then proceeded to demonstrate the various Super Saiyan levels that he was capable of utilizing. These feats impressed Beerus but revealed that he was not particularly concerned and that Goku was either very confident or just a fool.

Nevertheless, Super Saiyan Three Goku then engaged Beerus in combat, but his first attack was effortlessly blocked. Goku was tossed and sent flying into the ground by a mere flick to the head.

Now seemingly angry, Goku charged once again, but Beerus repeatedly dodged and blocked his attacks and even effortlessly evaded a mighty punch that subsequently blew straight through King Kai's planet.

Beerus' incredible speed then allowed him to come up behind Goku, and he defeated him with a single carefree chop to the neck, rendering him unconscious and causing him to revert to his base form.

"Kakarot!" Raditz panicked.

After that, Beerus faced Raditz with a cold look, "Care to try as well?"

"N-No! I am not a fool to challenge you, My Lord." Raditz stuttered nervously.

"Good. This was an utter waste of time. Let's go, Whis."

Disappointed by the subsequent lack of challenge, Beerus departed to learn if Vegeta and the other Saiyans on Earth knew more about the mysterious Super Saiyan God.

The only thing he must find out about was Tengoku. At first, he must pay Lord Sesshomaru a little visit.
