Chapter 45: Father and Daughter Reunion

"I win again, Sesshomaru," Tengoku said, pointing her sword at Sesshomaru's chin. Sesshomaru was now in his human form. This was the third time she had beaten him at swordplay while training together.

"Hn," Sesshomaru responded once Tengoku lowered her blade. After that, she and Sesshomaru faced each other until Shin approached them.

"I admit that you're very skilled with a sword, Priestess Tengoku," Shin said, seeing Sesshomaru retrieving his sword.

"Thank you, Shin," Tengoku said, smiling at him, "I must say Sesshomaru is not so bad once everyone gets to know him."

"I hope so, Priestess Tengoku," Shin said.

"Call me Tengoku or Tenny for short, Shin. Calling me Priestess sounds like wise to me." Tengoku said.

"Of course, Tengoku," Shin said as his face fluttered shyly while Sesshomaru minding his own business.

At the same time, when Tengoku and Sesshomaru continued their training, Goku sensed Tengoku in the Sacred World of the Kai and teleported there before he accidentally bumped into Tengoku and Sesshomaru.

"Tenny!" Goku called out after teleported.

"Dad!?" Tengoku said in shock. Then Goku landed on Tengoku and Sesshomaru as he accidentally on them, which shocked Shin and Kibuto.

"Goku!?" Shin said in shock.

"Oops, sorry!" Then Goku said as he quickly got off of them and watched them getting up. Sesshomaru gave him an annoying look while Tengoku gave him a surprised look.

"Dad!" Then Tengoku ran to him and hugged him.

Goku hugged her back as he felt so relieved she was still alive. He felt his eyes filling up with tears. "Oh, Tenny... I thought you were dead. I found out that you're still alive, so I went to come find you."

After a hug, Tengoku smiled at her father who wiped the tears from his eyes, "Turns out, Android Sixteen found me unconscious, so I appreciate him being here for me and Kirara."

"Hello, Goku Son," Android Sixteen greeted him with a smile while Kirara landed on his big shoulder.

Goku waved at him, "Heya, guys. Great to see you again."

"So, Dad, what's going on down there? Twenty-four hours aren't up yet." Tengoku said curiously. Then Goku explained everything to her about what happened.

"Well, Tenny, nothing good," Goku said as he and Tengoku sat on the rock while Tengoku put her sword away, "Everywhere Majin Buu goes, he leaves a path of death and destruction in his way. Goten, Trunks, Ranch, and Bulla are trying to perfect the fusion technique but in the meantime, millions and millions of innocent people are dying."

After hearing this, Shin gritted his teeth in anger, "He won't stop... not until they're all dead. Every last one of them."

Kibuto softened his eyes, feeling bad for the people.

Sesshomaru stood there watching them while Android Sixteen was shocked to hear this.

Tengoku clenched her fists in anger. She couldn't believe this was happening right now. Then Kirara went to check on her as she gave her a lick on her left hand, calming her down. She smiled as she petted Kirara's head.

Then Goku noticed the Z Sword as he sat up and stood beside her, "Hey, can I check out the sword, Tenny?"

She nodded. "Yeah, but be careful, Dad."

He grinned, nodding. "Okay."

Then she gave her sword to him.

"Wow, this sword is sure heavy, but a beauty." Without a warning, Goku forgot how heavy the sword was, so he used his balance to lift the sword, which shocked Shin and Kibuto, except Sesshomaru.

While Goku practiced the sword, he faced the others and asked, "Hey, do you mind if I stay with Tenny? Just until she's ready to fight Majin Buu?"

Sesshomaru nodded to him. "Hn."

"Yes, of course. That would be a very big help." Shin said, looking so surprised.

Goku grinned. "Okay, thanks, Supreme Kai, and um... whoever you are."

"Lord Sesshomaru, Dad," Tengoku whispered to him.

"Oh! Okay." Goku said, handing the Z Sword to his daughter, "I do have one more request. It has to do with optimizing our training regimen. Do you think could give us something good to eat."

Shin sweatdropped and said, "Uh, yes... Why not?"

"Shall we take a little break, Tengoku?" Sesshomaru suggested.

She smiled. "Sure."

"Follow me then. We'll round something up." Then they followed Shin, Kibuto, and Sesshomaru.

"So, Daddy, what's it like becoming a Super Saiyan Three?" Tengoku asked her father curiously.

He smiled at her. "It is! It's great! I'll show you how to do when we get a bite to eat."

Tengoku nodded, smiling back at him.

After a break, Goku began to help Tengoku with her training.

But then the Z Sword broke due to a training-related accident with the strongest metal in the universe, Katchin.

Old Kai appeared but became hostile towards Goku for playfully attacking him with an energy blast. Old Kai was capable of unlocking Tengoku's inner latent potential called the Mystic Powers, so she agreed and began training with the Old Kai while she was in her Super Saiyan Miko form.
