Chapter 42: The Sacred World of the Kai

"Lady Tengoku! Where are you!?" Shin called out to her while he and Sesshomaru went searching for her. They never wanted to believe Tengoku was killed. They believed she was still alive somewhere in the forest.

"Hn," Sesshomaru said, softening his golden eyes as he could sense Tengoku's ki.

"What is it? Is Priestess Tengoku there?" Shin asked, worried.

"She is in the forest, but she is not alone," Sesshomaru said.

He blinked. "What?"

Somewhere in the forest, Tengoku lay there injured. She didn't wake up or move her body. As she lay, there looked like she was unconscious; she felt something was licking her face. She grunted in pain, slowly opening up her eyes. She smiled weakly to see it was Kirara.

"Kirara..." Tengoku groaned.

Kirara mewed in response to her.

Suddenly, she sensed a familiar ki who approached. Tengoku figured it was Android Eighten, but it wasn't her. She blinked to see it was Andriod Sixteen.

"Sixteen?" Tengoku said in shock.

"Tenny, I saw you clashing the forest, so I went to come save you," Andriod Sixteen said as he went to help her.

She smiled weakly. "Sixteen... I should've known it was you, but thank you."

So Andriod Sixteen helped her stand up and wrapped her arm around his shoulders. He smiled at her. "You are welcome, Tenny. Anything for you."

Tengoku snorted to feel the pain taking her over. "I need to go back there and stop Majin Buu..."

"No, Tengoku. You can't fight like this. You'll die if you do. You need to rest first." Android Sixteen suggested.

She sighed in defeat and then smiled at him. "I suppose you were right, Sixteen." Tengoku said, "How are you been?"

"I've been doing well. I am now a farmer since I've loved to see nature." Android Sixteen said.

"That is great to hear. Have you ever gone to visit Andriod Eighteen and her family?" Tengoku said.

He nodded. "Of course. Well, they only asked me to babysit their daughter named Marron. However, I became a godfather to Marron."

"I'm happy for you," Tengoku said. Then Kirara leaped onto Andriod Sixteen's left shoulder and greeted him happily.

He smiled at Kirara and said as he gave her a pet of her forehead. "Hello, Kirara. It's great to see you, too."

Kirara mewed, nodding in response to him.

"Priestess Tengoku!" A familiar male voice called out to her.

Tengoku blinked upon hearing this. "Shin!"

Eventually, Shin and Sesshomaru finally made it in time and saw Tengoku injured during the fight. She was with the Android, who helped her.

"Who is this?" Shin asked, making sure he wasn't a threat to her.

"This is Android Sixteen. He is a good friend of mine. Also, an android." Tengoku introduced them to him.

"Wasn't he dangerous?" Sesshomaru questioned her as his eyes went narrow.

Tengoku shook her head. "No. He has changed. He became a better person than being evil. He is also a family."

"Hn."

"I see," Shin replied.

"Guys, we still need to stop Majin Buu, or else he'll destroy us all," Tengoku warned them.

Shin nodded. "Of course, but we need you to heal up fast, and then we will train somewhere else."

Tengoku was confused. "Where?"

Sesshomaru took a step forward and said, "We shall take you."

"Master!"

Shin gasped as he heard a familiar voice. He spun around and saw it was Kibito, who arrived in no time alive.

"Kibito! You're alive! How did you--!?"

"I had come here to find you, Master. I wasn't expecting to be brought back to life." Kibito said, bowing down to him.

Tengoku smiled. "It's because someone had wished for the Dragon Balls to bring you back to life."

"This Sesshomaru was glad you're alive," Sesshomaru said.

Kibito nodded in response to him. Then Sesshomaru used the Meido necklace he had kept from his pocket and teleported them all to Shin's own planet. At first, Tengoku thought they were taken to the underground, but somehow Sesshomaru could control the Meido necklace.

The first mortal to actually step foot on the Sacred World of the Kai, Tengoku began training with the Z Sword after pulling it from the stone.

"The sword is now yours, Priestess," Sesshomaru said, smirking.

Tengoku smiled. "I'll take care of it."

"Now we shall train together," Sesshomaru said before he used the element necklace and transformed into a demon dog; his black hair turned silver, his brown eyes turned golden, his cheeks had red marks, and his forehead had a purple crescent moon mark.

Tengoku smiled in relief as she finally met the real Sesshomaru she wanted to see. It was then they began to train together while Andriod Sixteen, Kirara, Shin, and Kibito watched them train.
