Kloe is the daughter of killer frost and savitar aka Barry Allen she's from earth 6. On her earth Eddie dies still but Iris dies with him and made barry really mad and he turned into savitar. Killer frost she completely took control over Caitlin's body. But something happens and kloe has to go to earth one.
