Leopold laid in his bed as he thought to himself. After the incident a few weeks before, Amy had decided to take Zion to a special "treat" as an apology for what happened to him. "She may be a beast, but Amy is a good girl for him I'd say." He sighed and popped his jaw. "I've gotten a bit closer to Sparrow, but Now that my relationship with Nix and Breeze is prepared I have no idea who too like. They're all to perfect!"
He looked at his desk and decided to get up from his bed. Leopold's father had sent another a few days before and he hadn't gotten the chance to read it. "Now's as perfect a time as any I guess..."
He opened the envelope and pulled the sheet of paper inside. The contents include the following:
Dear Leopold...
It's your father again! I was just writing a letter to you to see how your school life's been going in the past month since I last wrote. I hear you've made some friends and even a possible girlfriend! It sounds like my boy has become quite the charmer at his school! Just make sure and actually get the girl unlike your father when he was your age...
Charlotte actually wrote to me just before I wrote this letter and said that she was having a splendid time at her school! I'm so happy that my two wonderful children are finding there way in the world!
Back at the house, things have been pretty calm. After years of searching, I made have found myself a wife! You may soon have a mother, Leo! Her names Cindy and she's great at cooking and loves my stories about you two.
In other news, Mikayla has been wondering when you would return. The end of the year is just around the corner and she's been waiting for you to come home. She's only a maid, and yet I think you two would make a great couple...
Anyway, I hope to hear from you soon!
-Your father, John Stratus
Leopold set the letter down and smiled. It sounded like his father was doing well from the letter and it was nice to hear that things were turning around for the better. "I may have a mother soon... That sounds awesome!" When John had adopted Leopold, he had told Leo of how he was never able to get married, even though he was now 38, he hadn't had even a relationship until this new surprise.
"Well I can worry about that later." Leopold concluded. "But this part about Mikayla missing me... It's kind of nice to have a friend as sweet as her."
"Something going on in here?" Zion walked into the room as Leopold finished his sentence.
Leopold shrugged. "Just news from home. It's kind of- Zion... What is up with your face?" Zion has ice cream and lipstick covering his face and looked as if he'd just ran a marathon.
"Amy was... a little too apologetic in my opinion..." Zion mumbled. "Oh well. I can clean up anyway, so it isn't a big deal."
"Good, because you probably need a good rest before anything else, bud..." Leopold said.
"Yeah, no kidding..." Zion replied, laughing faintly. "By the way, did you see the notice yet?"
"What notice?"
Zion cracked his knuckled and yawned. "Just a dance. It's apparently supposed to be before Christmas and you have to find some partner to dance with until then."
"Really?" Leopold asked. "Man, that's going to be hard... Who would want to dance with me anyway?"
"You could just ask multiple people." Zion suggested. "I think the minimum is one person, but you can take a bunch of people to the dance if you'd like."
