Bria's POV
I couldn't sleep. The only thing I could think about was Georgia. A girl I had a huge crush on was a vampire. And not just any vampire. Undying, enchanting Satan's daughter straight from hell. My brain couldn't handle that. Georgia was so... gentle and benevolent. How could she be Satan's daughter? I didn't know but I needed to find a solution to a big problem called a sleepover. How could I pretend that I didn't know Georgia's secret? Wait... what about sweet, innocent Romessa? She couldn't be a vampire. My thoughts raced through my head and I finally fell into a light sleep, full of nightmares.
Suddenly I woke up because my phone was ringing. I glanced at the screen and saw the name I had dreamed of last night. Georgia. I took my phone in my shaking hands and hit the green button.
"Hi..." I said with a shaky voice.
"Good morning Bria." Answered a beautiful, attractive voice that belonged to Georgia Hamilton, if that was even her real name. "I was wondering, what time are you going to Sarah's place?" Then I got the idea. It might be stupid and dangerous but I had to protect my friends.
"Uhmm I was wondering if you'd come to my place first? I have something I need to tell you." I said with more confidence than usual.
Georgia was quiet for a moment before she said: "Of course." I said bye and ended the call. Now I needed the vampire slayer.
At 6 pm I and Diana were waiting for Georgia. I was shaking a little bit. We heard a knock on the door. Diana looked at me and nodded. I walked to the door and opened it. And there she was. A beautiful but so deadly.
"Good evening Bria," she said with a slight smile on her face.
"Hey, Georgia," I said and led her in. She glanced at Diana, a bit confused.
"We have something we want to ask from you Georgia," Diana said, emphasizing the word Georgia.
"Go on then, ask away," Georgia said, smirking.
"Are you a vampire?" I asked from behind her. She turned to face me and smiled a bit.
"Where did you get that idea from?" she asked, amused but tense.
"I told her about our... incident at the cemetery last night," Diana said, twirling the stake in her fingers.
Georgia glanced at the stake and spoke: "Then you know that won't work on me."
"Georgia. Are you the daughter of the Devil?" I asked, scared of what she'd answer. She sighed.
"Yes I am," she said, smirking a bit.
I didn't even notice that I had started crying. The tears blurred my vision as I screamed at her: "SO ALL THIS TIME WHEN I'VE BEEN NICE TO YOU, TRIED TO BE YOUR FRIEND YOU'VE BEEN A VAMPIRE? HAVE YOU BEEN PLANNING TO KILL ME?!"
Both Georgia and Diana looked at me in shock. I dropped on the floor, crying hysterically. Georgia just stared at me. Diana ran to me and put her hands around me and helped me to the couch.
Georgia stayed a distance from me but started talking: "Bria. I have not planned to kill you or anyone else. Yes, I am the Devil's daughter. But that doesn't make me a villain. I assume you've read a couple of history books where they mention me slaughtering thousands of people. And they are true. But I've changed, and so has the world. And... I want to help you, Diana."
Diana stared at her in disbelief. "You? Would help... me?! Are you crazy, we are enemies you worthless piece of-"
"What about Romessa?" I interrupted Diana.
"You mean, is she a vampire too? Yes, she is." Georgia answered. I just nodded.
"Diana. I want to help you. I know a lot more about devilish creatures than you'll ever know. I can help you. And I can help you solve this 'vampire ritual' mystery." Georgia said. Both I and Diana turned to stare at her.
"You know what it's about?" Diana asked, forgetting the fact that they were supposed to be mortal enemies.
"Yes I think so... I'm not only a vampire. I'm a witch too. I've studied witchcraft for hundreds of years. And this seems like whoever is doing this is trying to summon a demon. And not just some demon. One of the oldest ones. Arronor, the demon of slaughter."
Diana scoffed. "I know it sounds theatrical but it's just his name," Georgia said, smirking a little bit.
"So, what does this Arnold guy do?" Diana asked. Georgia rolled her eyes.
"Arronor. To summon him, you need to sacrifice a human to him. Then when you've summoned him, you'll ask him to kill the people you want dead. Then he'll ask for payment. And you have to give one of your internal organs to him." She explained, just like she would have explained skating to a five-year-old.
"Excuse me, your internal organ?? Won't you die of that??" Diana asked, shocked. Georgia just shrugged.
"Anyways. Someone is trying to summon Arranor. We don't know who they want to kill. It could be only one person or thousands of people..." Georgia said, looking at us.
"Thousands of people?!" I asked my eyes wide. Georgia just nodded.
"Shit..." Diana muttered.
"I have a suggestion. Arranor must be summoned on the night of the full moon and you must sacrifice a young person to him. The place must be somewhere open, but far from other people... do you know any places like that?" Georgia asked. I immediately knew the perfect place.
"I know. I've been there often myself. It's open and you can see the full moon very well. It's also further away from people."
"Can you show us that place?" Diana asked. I nodded.
