Bria's POV
Mom was sleeping peacefully in her room.
I quietly locked the door of my room and opened the window. The cold wind felt wonderful on my face. I looked behind me once more and jumped. I landed softly on the ground. I had my bag with me. There was everything I usually needed. A stake, a cross and a kitchen knife.
I started walking towards the cemetery. The evening felt cool, but it didn't bother me. When I arrived at the cemetery everything seemed peaceful. I sat down on one of the tombstones and waited. My mind wandered to Georgia.
She seemed so nice. Websburg doesn't usually have new students, so it was nice to see new faces. Georgia was very beautiful. Her smile was lovely, and her bright blue eyes seemed to light up the whole room.
I got lost in my thoughts and woke up from them when someone attacked me from behind. I fell off the tombstone but quickly got up. The vampire that attacked me jumped at me again, but I narrowly dodged it.
"Do you want to play little girl?" the vampire chuckled.
I rolled my eyes and ran towards the vampire, trying to hit his heart. He dodged and I stumbled but avoided falling. I quickly turned around but too late.
The vampire knocked me to the ground and held me there. I couldn't stake him. He tried to bite me but I hit his head with mine and slipped his grip so I could stake him. When he had turned to ashes I was still sitting on the ground, startled. It had been close.
Georgia's POV
I watched from the cemetery fence as Bria fought the vampire.
I considered going to help many times, but Bria coped very well. However, she was no match for the slayer. When Bria was sitting on the ground I wondered if I should go and make sure she was okay. But how would I have explained that I was hanging out in the cemetery in the middle of the night?
So, I decided to just jump off of the fence and head back home. Bria could take care of herself. I was sure of it. At least I think so.
So, here's the third chapter!!! I finally made it lol. I'm so sorry that these are so short, i don't really have time atm.
