“I'm pregnant!!”

I do not regret anything of this. Yes, i am pregnant. I am happy and same time astonished.

The doctor told me that i should becareful on what i eat and everything i do, just to prevent a miscarriage.

And i succeeded.

Claro and i did got married on her first birthday.

I have a daughter..

We both parents are ready for it. We didn't overthink things that will affect to our lives.

We raised her right and now she's in second year highschool.

We are protecting her from people who will possibly ruin her life in just seconds.

I don't want her life to be like mine.

Miserable and depressing. Which is the worse life i have.

My daughter, Irina Lenore Valencia Torres.

She has the same eyes as her father and hair like mine.

Smiles like me and talks like her father.

Parehas silang mapang-asar at parehas ding mapagmahal.

They care so much that sometimes they just do my stuff for me.

“I kinda want a brother?” She said.

We were eating dinner together and time stopped when she said that.

“Okay” Claro answered as he looked at me with a grin on his face.

No is the answer. I don't want to feel like goddamn woman caring a bowling ball everyday for 9 months.

“Name him Devon” She said.

“Do you think it's fun carrying a child?”  I added.

I mean, she's an only child like me.

“Wag na nga. I feel like, ako din yung mag-aalaga so no, nevermind mom” She stated and continued eating.

She acts like me as well.

I can see myself back then. But sadly, my mother couldn't.

Tried so many times but had a miscarriage.

Miscarriage is something that i am afraid f when Irina was still in my womb.

Yes, i want her to have a sibling but in scared. And i am tired as well.

Few years ago, before we got married.

I was very careful for what i am always doing. Every step i take needs to be perfect or else, i am thinking that one thing wrong, she'll be gone.

I survived from pneumonia. Thankful for Claro for taking care of me.

I am thankful for having these two in my life.

“I'm curious, since you guys got married when im a year old. Can i hear your vows?” She asked.

She's as curios as her father. Tons of question will be asked when having a conversation.

“You go first” I said.

He cackled and nodded.

“Well, my vows is simple. But i still memorized it until now”

Always been a show-off. But i was shocked when he said that. Until now he knows every single word?

“Spill dad. Gusto kong marinig” Sabi ni Irina.
