Day 24: All The Hugs

Nothing is compared to all the hugs this large passionate man was giving the heterochromatic teen and it showed. Shouto melted with the warmth Inasa provided, and it brought peace to the roaring lion within him. He simply just...wants more.

It didn't come without consequence as his bastard father found out about their relationship and he tried to keep them away from each other, saying same-sex marriage is frowned upon, he will not allow it, and even tried to bribe the tall teen to walk away with the money.

The look on Inasa's face when he even tried to bribe was priceless, and the roasting not long after was perfect. And legally, Enji Todoroki can't do shit, if he even attempts a quirk marriage the legal system will be on their side.

Either way, eventually the duo moved in together to leave the bastard father and their hopelessly naive sister at the same time Natsu had left, and it was a sense of relief that none of them felt until the trigger no longer controlled them.

At first, Shouto was adjusting to their new lifestyle until eventually, the dorm situation after the kidnapping of Katsuki put a strain on their separation. Nezu actually helped them with this and allowed Inasa to be part of 1-A as an immediate transfer.

Still, Shouto still could not let things go and eventually, he just broke down crying in his room, his emotions flowing hard and fast like a flooded river. Guilt, rage, sorrow, relief, freedom, and more overloaded his mind and he just needed to let go.

Inasa found him like this about an hour later when he realized his boyfriend had not met him and saw him in this state, immediately hugging him tightly while he cried his heart out. He listened to Shouto's woes, fears, and concerns, rubbing his back as he felt a few hiccoughs here and there until eventually, he stopped.

The hug Inasa was giving him was like a blanket, wrapping him like a cocoon and keeping him safe. That is what it felt like; after all that he had spilled, that is all he wanted. Inasa's caring and protective hugs. It was like a blanket of serotonin.
