Day 29: Leaves

Sero and Izuku were charged with raking the leaves in a pile once the leaves started to fall from the Autumn chill. The breeze nipped their cheeks and it was a little frustrating as that same breeze kept taking their already started pile and spreading them out again.

They were able to get them in a large pile in a section where the wind would not interfere, and before they knew it the pile was almost as tall as the verdanette.

"Whoo, that was some workout. I am glad I don't have to do this tomorrow." Sero said, wiping his forehead from the sweat. "I am sure by the end of the week this pile will be as tall as Shoji's."

Izuku nodded. "Yeah, we are having a harsh fall right now so they are dropping like flies. But that would mean we can get them over with much sooner than later." He then thought of something that he had not done in ages and looked at his classmate.

"Sero, do you...want to jump in?"

Sero looked at the verdanette in surprise before smiling. "I didn't think you were the type to do these kinds of things, I was expecting your boyfriend actually."

Izuku blushed but giggled. "Yeah, Rai would definitely do this."

Just then arms wrapped around the greenette, causing him to squeak and look behind him. Denki was leaning on his shoulder, smiling wide in excitement. "Since you made the pile, it is customary you get the first dive."

"R-rai, wait!" Izuku squeaked again as he got lifted up and he and Sero ran towards the pile and with a 'now' from the dark brunette all three of them landed in the middle causing a leaf explosion. Laughter then came after as their heads poked out and leaves clung to their hair and noses. "Hahaha, that was fun."

"Even more fun when you do it with friends." Denki replied and kissed Izuku's cheek. The greenette nodded again and threw more leaves up into the air. "And I don't care if I have to rake them again today, it was worth it."
