Day 28: Picnic

September and Mustafu had a rare heat wave and everyone in the park was trying to stay cool. The water park was already out as it seemed everyone decided to flock there, same with the crystal clear beach, and inside the buildings that weren't school wasn't an option either.

"Tch, it is hot as hell outside and we can't even find a decent place for a fucking picnic!" Katsuki growled, removing his t-shirt and revealing a tank top underneath. He looked at his girlfriend Eevee and noticed she wasn't struggling. "How are you not bothered by this heat, Fennec?"

Eevee giggled and wiggled her ears, causing her boyfriend to look at them. "For someone who loves foxes you sure don't know much about their anatomy, huh?" Eevee teased and Katsuki blushed red in embarrassment. "Eevee's ears are like thermo-regulators, they release heat. Also I can morph into Flareon if needed."

Katsuki grumbled at his slip-up and blamed the heat for his lack of knowledge. He then turned to Izuku who was snickering behind him with Denki and Tsu. Denki asked if the frogette could join as she did not have anyone she could hang out with at the moment, and the girls wanted to go to an ice skating rink.

"Watch it, Izu..."

"What? She had a point, you have an entire encyclopedia on foxes and 2 on fennecs's so you should have known." Izuku jabbed, and he could have envisioned a stake with the word fail to strike his head.

"Stupid sadistic brother, just you wait..."

"Good luck, so far it is Izuku Burn 5 and Katsuki's Revenge 0."

Everyone laughed at the burn and Denki said. "Make Usagi 6 and Kacchan 0."

"Shaddup..." Katsuki growled, steaming for a few seconds until he saw a tree near a river and it was in full bloom. "There is shade under that wisteria, let's camp there."

"Oooh they treated this wisteria with care, I say it is about 50-60 years old, kero. These flowers are a beautiful blue, it is proof they had the right environment." Tsuyu said, putting a hand on its trunk and breathing its sweet and calming scent. "If I could, I would love to live near a tree like this, and the river is crystal clear."

"Eevee likes it too, though its sweet scent is overwhelming me somewhat. It is pleasant though, and the shade is fantastic!" Eevee giggled and set the blanket down for Katsuki and Izuku to set their picnic. "Eevee is starving, Eevee can't wait to see what Kat made for our lunch."

"Well you won't wait for long, as everything is set." Katsuki replied, now handing sandwiches, fruit slices, cheeses, and green olives as Izuku has been craving them for a while. "I also have some rice balls and some tempura boxes so no one will leave hungry."

"They look fantastic Kacchan," Izuku said with his mouth occupied with the olives. "I would also like to get some bento please."

Denki chuckled as he grabbed one of the soda cans. "Yeah, they smell delicious. What do you have for sandwiches?"

"Tuna, roast beef, and bologna."

Denki shuddered for a second. "I don't understand the person who created that meat in the first place. The texture just does not sit right with me. May I get the tuna?"

Katsuki handed him a tuna sandwich and some watermelon slices. "Yeah, it is weird but they taste better toasted or chopped in omelets. Here, Eeve, onigiri and some pineapple soda."

"Thank you Pommy, Eevee loves it. Make sure you have room for dessert later tonight."

Everyone choked and or laughed at the eevette's flirting and the reddening face of Katsuki as he realized what he had meant. After sputtering and telling her to stop he was actually looking forward to it.

Tsuyu was just looking at the two with curiosity. She had no idea how their dynamic worked as they were polar opposites, and Izuku and Denki seemed like they were meant for each other. The frogette smiled as this craziness was adorable to her.

"Looks like all of you will be having dessert tonight, kero."

Eevee then laughed at her friend's tease as all three boys burned like a nuclear reactor in arousal and embarrassment. Oh yeah, they will have dessert.
