"This is a terrible idea."
The trio pull up to Basilwether Hall. It was now dark.
"The closer we get the worse this idea becomes." Tewkesbury says. "Why are we doing this?"
"Unlike most well- bred ladies, I was never taught to embroider. I never molded wax roses, hemmed hankerchiefs, or strung sea shells. I was taught to fight. This is what my mother made me for." Enola explains. "Trust me... to find the answers we need."
"You don't know how to embroider?" Tewkesbury asks.
"That's all you got from that?" Lilli asks.
"We need to do this. You need to do this. We... are doing this." Enola says.
The group then begin the walk to the house.

They walk into the house to find it dark and completely empty.
"Where are all the servants?" Tewkesbury asks.
"Welcome to the future." Enola says.
"Mother!" Tewkesbury calls, as they walk through the corridors. "What's happening?"
"They know we're here." Lilli says. There was then a gun cock. "Down!"
Lilli quickly pulls Tewkesbury down as they three of them crouch down, just in time as there was a gun shot.
Gun shots continue to go off asthe trio run to the door only to find it's locked. They hide behind a statue, which is when they see it was the man from the train shooting at them. As he walks towards them, Enola throws a piece of a broken statue, causing him to shoot where it landed.
"Stay here." Enola tells Lilli and Tewkesbury before sneaking off.
"This is crazy." Tewkesbury whispers.
"Shh." Lilli tells him.
The guy spots them and walks closer to them shooting the statue beside them. Tewkesbury quickly wraps an arm around Lilli's shoulder pulling her closer. They look across the hall at where Enola was hiding. Before the man could shot them again Enola tackles him from behind. The man and Enola fight for a bit until the man knocks Enola unconsious.
"Stay here, don't move." Tewkesbury tells Lilli.
"Tewkes..." Lilli tries.
"Stay here." Tewkesbury repeats, before leaving Lilli's side.
Just as the man was about to shot Enola Tewkesbury attacks him. The man quickly knocks Tewkesbury to the floor. The man spots Lilli and smirks as he pulls out a rope. Lilli's eyes widen, before she runs forward. and punches the man. He manages to wrap the rope around Lilli's neck causing her to gasp for air.
"No!" Tewkesbury shouts, standing up and grabbing the guys arm. He lifts it over Lilli's head gving her a chance to escape. She falls to the floor gasping for air, as she lays on her back. All the while the man punches Tewkesbury and while her young boys back was turned he wraps the rope around his neck.
"Tewkesbury." Lilli coughs out, she tries to getup but she felt a sharp pain in her stomach. She didn't know what from, but she didn't care in that moment, all she cared about was getting the three of them out of there. All of a sudden the guy falls and hits his head on a pointy object. Lilli looks beside her to see Enola.
Tewkesbury scoots over to Lilli pulling her close to him as Enola goes over to the guy.
"Who are you working for?" Enola asks. "Who do you work for?"
"England." The guy says, befor dying.
The hear tapping causing them to look and see Tewkesbury grandmother.
"Grandmother?" Tewkesbury asks.
"Yes. I'm afraid so." She replies, Tewkesbury stands up before helping Lilli up as Enola also stands up. "It seems if you want a job done, you have to do it yourself."
Lilli goes to walk forward.
"No, Lil." Tewkesbury says putting his arm in front of her to stop her as his grandmother picks up the gun. "Where's my mother?"
"In London. With your uncle. Looking for you." His grandmother tells him. "They never understood. I'm so sorry, my darling. The future of the country is at stake."
His grandmother then holds up the gun.
"No." Lilli says stepping infront of Tewkesbury.
A gun shot goes off.
"Lilli!" Tewkesbury shouts, as he pushes her out of the way.
Tewkesbury pushed Lilli out of the way, just before he got shot.
"Tewkesbury!" Lilli and Enola shout.
Lilli rushes over to Tewkesbury as Enola runs towards his grandmother. She goes to shot Enola but it doesn't work.
"It's done." Tewkesbury grandmother says. "It's done."
Enola takes the gun before running over to where Lilli was sobbing his her head on Tewkesbury's chest.
"Wake up." Lilli sobs. "Tewkesbury, wake up! No."
Lilli grabs Teweksury hand, as she still sobs into his chest. Enola who was silently crying, rubs Lilli's back. After a moment Lilli feels a tight grib on her hand.
"Tewkesbury?" Enola asks, as his eyes slowly open.
"Be careful." Lilli says, as she helps Tewkesbury sits up.
"I'm not entirely an idiot, you know." Tewkesbury says, before opening his jacket to reveal a metal plate from the statue.
Lilli smiles before hugging him. As the pair hug Enola turns to his grandmother. Lilli and Tewkesbury pull apart and do the same. They all stand up.
"Your time is over." Tewkesbury tells her.
Enola turns to Lilli, spotting her face growing pale.
"Lil, are you okay?" Enola asks.
Tewkesbury also turns to the burnette also noticing her pale face.
"Lil?" Tewksbury asks.
Lilli brings her shaky hand to her lower side, she pulls it away to see blood.
"I'm shot." She mutters.
Enola and Tewkesbury's eyes widen. Lilli looks at them both with a scared look before her legs give out. Tewkesbury catches her and places her on the floor as the brunette's eyes close.
