Ricky Bowen and Taylor Andrews have been best friends practically since birth. Being neighbours, and their parents being friends made them see each other pretty much everyday, so naturally they became best friends.
And that's all it was. When growing up, people would ask them if they liked each other, they would instantly deny while saying stuff like 'gross' or 'ew'.
They never saw each other like that, and neither thought they were capable of doing so.
That was will Taylor turned 13. She started noticing things. She started noticing that she saw Ricky different.
She never thought that Ricky was ugly, but she also never thought he was handsome. Till she did.
She caught her self starring at him, for a amount of time that wasn't healthy for just friends.
She was making up scenarios in het head about him. And she is pretty sure people don't think about kissing their best friend with no romantic feelings involved.
She always liked spending time with him, but lately she just wanted to spend more, and more time with him. She felt all giddly inside when she was with him.
Her cheeks heating up whenever he gave her a simple compliment. It wouldn't be the first time he told her she looked pretty, but it was the first time her cheeks would heat up.
But there is no way she could like Ricky. He had always been just her best friend, and she never thought anything could change that.
So why did it?

hiii!! Seeing i almost finished my other Ricky au i decided to already post the introduction of Heather. I have already a few chapters ready and will continue writing them while I will finish up 'midnight memories'. Once that book is done chapters of this book will be released!
