"Good morning to you too." Ricky says amused as he hears the girl besides him groan.
Taylor being confused lifts her head only to see Ricky laying there, when she realizes she is in his room she drops her head back into the pillow and munbles something that's supposed to mean 'good morning.'
"Why am I here?" She asks once she got used to the headache she is currently experiencing.
"I picked you up from the club. Then you went on a rant for 20 minutes why baby ducks are cute, then you almost started crying because you didn't realize where your keys are, and now we're here." Ricky sums up last night.
She furrows her eyebrows in thought. "Baby ducks are cute."
He chuckles. "Yeah, I got that you think so last night. Do you happen to realize where your keys are right now?"
"My purse?" It seems like the obvious the answer.
Ricky shakes his head. "No, they're not I checked."
She frowns, thinking back to last night for as far as he can, taking shots with Jaeden, then once again shots with Lenora, figuring out Ashlyn is seeing Maddox, going to gwt her coa- Wait, Ashlyn is seeing Maddox?! As in Nina's friend Maddox? Holy shit.
"Tay?" He frowns, seeing her eyes widden.
"Huh? Right, uh maybe my coat otherwise I have no clue." She still is thinking about Ash and Maddox.
She gets why she didn't want to tell Ricky, but she really doubts he'll mind that she is seeing one of Nina's friends. He'll be more likely to be happy for her.
"You okay?" He asks, getting out of his bed to grab her coat to check the pockets for her keys.
"Yeah." She nods her head, only to recieve a look from him that screams 'bullshit'.
She sighs. "I can't tell you."
He pouts as he sits back down next to her. "Why doesnit feel like recently you've been hiding more for me then usual?"
She places her hand on his cheek, thumb rubbing the skin. "It's about Ashlyn, She uh told me something yesterday and it's not my place to say."
Ricky leans into her hand. "Is she okay?" He asks, worried about his friend. He has been noticing she has been different lately, but didn't think anything was going on.
Taylor nods her head. "She's fine, don't worry."
Taylor also decided that she'll text her later, she needs to know more information about this.
That's her best friend, and she started dating again, she needs to know the story about that.
