Jimin vanished into thin air after he said that he'll take leave. It was still surprising, you recalled his words and it partially felt like he; also the others; were like Dumbledore from Harry Potter. Their powers were magical. And they were immortal, an additional strength.

You talked with Florence for a while, but she was a bit reluctant to tell you about them, anything related to Bulletproof. It was a bit annoying too, they wanted you to work there yet refused to tell you anything much about them, lest the work. You politely greeted Florence and left her room.

How much did you regret it? Leaving her room.

The place was a maze, the directions were so unclear that it felt almost tantalizing to even look anywhere, what was the use of the gracious beauty when you couldn't explore the place because it was so overwhelming? You almost considered returning to Florence and ask for help but stopped, she was tired and it would a burden to her. A bad decision had been taken then, to move ahead by yourself and try to find the way. Maybe, just maybe; you could find something about them this way?

You closed your eyes trying to remember the direction Jimin brought you from, it was a hazy, unclear memory. Suddenly, it felt as if a gust of cold wind blew, yet it was slightly warm. Your eyes shot open with surprise at the feeling and you were taken aback. It was Jimin.

"Having trouble finding your way?" he asked, his voice melodious and full of tease.

"How do you know?" you cross questioned, an eyebrow raised as you took a step back, he was too close for comfort.
He felt that you were uncomfortable due to the proximity and stepped back himself.

"I just do," he said with a teasing smile.

"But how?" you asked, not ready to leave the matter.

"Just a power." He winked at you and walked ahead, coming to a halt when he realised that you weren't following him.

"Come on, there's a lot you should know but it shall be gradual. You won't be able to take it all at once," he said with a calm and comforting tone.

"Alright." You nodded and walked behind him.

For some time, silence ruled over the pair. You were observing the apparantly age old paintings and artifacts while following Jimin's trail. One painting caught your attention in particular. It had atleast a ton of vampires with their fangs clearly stuck out, holding their glasses of blood. Their skins were pale and some even shone like crystals. However, there was one man who didn't have any of these features. His skin was pale but not shiny, his teeth sharp but not fangs, his hands holding a glass but that of red wine. The detailing was commendable, it was insane that you could even tell that a single man was holding red wine instead of blood. He was standing next to a woman, one of the very few amongst the many vampires.

Jimin noticed how you hadn't been following him for a good while, his eyes shifted their focus on the painting that captivated you. He wasn't too happy about it, his expression turned a little sad, a smile was there but it wasn't natural.

"What are you so engrossed in?" His voice brought you out of the trance.

"This painting is gorgeous. The details are insane," you said in awe, completely impressed by the artist.

"Yes it is a wonderful piece," he said dryly in response.

"Aren't you interested in art?" you asked him.

"I am, but I'm afraid I'm not as much of a fanatic," he said with a sly smile further continuing, "if you're looking forward to an art admirer here, it's Namjoon. He's the reason this place has so much artpieces in the first place."

"You don't seem too happy about this particular painting? What's wrong?" you asked taking him by surprise. It was evident on his face that he didn't expect to you to say that.

"Nothing, I'm just tired so I want to leave you in your room as early as possible and take some rest," he said while cracking his knuckles.

"Oh alright. I'm so sorry for being so slow," you said apologetically and walked beside him, leaving the art aside for a while.

Nonetheless, the building made a place in your heart. It had a touch of every era the vampires lived in, which was so wonderful that it had you mesmerized.
Jimin's reaction to the painting was not so natural though. It felt like he didn't like it.
The thoughts had come to an end as his footsteps stopped and so did yours. A mahogany door was infront of you and Jimin was about to leave when you called him out, "Jimin?"

"Yes?" He turned around and looked at you questioningly.

"Can I ask something?" you asked, a bit hesitant.

"Sure," he said in response.

"When the others walked by me, I felt a chilly wind flow. But when you are beside or when you appeared close, there was a mix of warm and cold air. Like that in the weather just before or after winters," you said, it didn't make much sense to you either but it felt like a better choice to ask him.

"I don't know what you're talking about. We are vampires, we have a cold aura and we come with gusts of cold wind when we appear," he responded, looking at you with a raised eyebrow as if trying to read your mind.

"No, it was different for you than for the others." Your voice was hopeless, almost a whisper.

"I really don't know about that, Y/n," he laughed as he said that, "Good night."

"Good night Jimin."
