"oh my gosh! these outfits are soooo adorable!" Kim and Dallas gushed.
We're in target doing some last minute shopping for the gender reveal which is later this week, Friday to be exact.
I placed the white onesies i had in hand into the cart then looked in my purse for my phone as it vibrated.
My smile faded as I read the text message from the unknown number.
Unknown Die. Bitch. Die.
My hands started feeling numb and my phone fell out of my hand onto the tile floor.
"Coco, you okay?" The faded voice of Dallas spoke resting her hand on my shoulder.
"Uh-hmm?" I shook my head and blinked my eyes, directing my glaze to her and not my empty hands.
"are you okay? you look like you seen a ghost." Kim spoke up, standing beside Dallas.
I plastered on a weak smile, "yeah..I'm fine. Can we check out? I'm hungry."

"baby? what's going on with you? you ain't said a word since the girls dropped you off. talk to me." Naamari gently wrapped his arms around me, kissing the crook of my neck.
"when i was out shopping I got a text that said die bitch die...it spooked me out." i sighed blinking away tears.
My hand caressed my swollen bump, "what? do you know who sent it?" he questioned with a frown.
"no. it was from an unknown number. I blocked the number when i got my food." i shrug it off leaning into him.
"good. all that matters is that you and peanut are fine." naamari's large hand rested on my small one.
We laid back on the couch resuming our movie and pizza night until one of us fell asleep.

I walked downstairs to the kitchen, grabbing everything i needed to make my tea. I heated the water up on the stove and waited for the kettle to go off.
When it did I fixed my tea and started my morning routine.
I listened to Tink while i took my shower then I got out and did my dental hygiene then i walked into the walk in closet and picked out a chill outfit for the day.
As I struggled to pull my pants up I felt a gush of liquid down my thigh. "what the he-ouuuuuchhhh!" i screamed out in horror at the sharp pain.
I clenched my stomach and bent down to the ground, crawling to get my phone before my eyes drifted shut and everything around me became black.
