"Ms. Chamberlain, your flight to California has been booked for tomorrow afternoon." My assistant informed over the phone.
"Thank you, Chels. Did you remember to book the tickets?" I question while typing away at my MacBook.
"yes ma'am. three tickets like you asked for." she spoke.
"i appreciate it, chels. also, you and the rest of the team can go home early. happy holidays." i smile, hearing the excitement in her voice before hanging up.
I close my laptop and collect my belongings before turning off the light in my office. I walk through my small mom and pop restaurant, looking around at all of my accomplishments over the years that finally paid off.
I opened my own restaurant, Yolanda's named after my aunt, all while pregnant with my twin girls, Cynayiah and Zynayiah.

My second pregnancy was high risk due to my previous pregnancy, I couldn't attend school so I had to finish my last two semesters online, and after giving birth i made the decision to move back to California to be close to my family and friends.
I kept my promise to the girls, we came back every year and everyone is doing well in life and in their individual careers.
June and Tori are still going strong, they are engaged to be married and have a nine month old son, Canon. Tori started her own clothing line and opened a boutique while June opened his very own mechanic shop with his best friend Dee.
Dallas and Kimora opened their very own dispensary in Hollywood and business has been doing very very well for them. No kids.
After graduation, Lauren moved to Virginia and got her license to become a family therapist. She is engaged to her long term boyfriend of three years, who is a doctor.
As for Jade, her and Bizzy are dating, yes..i know it threw everyone for a loop, turns out they had been sneaking around and no one found out. anyways, she indeed became a traveling NICU nurse, her and Bizzy have adopted two kids and they live in New York.
On the other hand, Bizzy is a big time music producer and has his own record label for up and coming artists.
And lastly, Naamari, he kept his promise to look after my father and uncle after the passing of my aunt, he opened his own barbershop and he started buying, flipping, and remodeling abandoned or condemned homes.
