lisa's p.o.v
"mom, we're full" i told my mom while I'm walking behind her while she's cooking her specialty, her lasagna.
"well, just hunger yourself again" she told me and face me.
"i miss you, my daughter" she told me while pulling me in for a hug.
"i miss you too mom." i pulled out and she hold my both hands with teary eyes.
"you should miss my lasagna too, you know? even if your dad is one of the best chef in the world, I'm still the best chef in this little town of ours" we both laugh while i nod in response.
"fine! but I can't promise you that i can finish a whole plate" she tap me on the shoulder.
"i doubt it" i can't help but to smile, i miss my mom big time. it's been a while since we have a talk just cause I'm busy.
"i love you mom" i told her with a pouty face, she just slap my shoulder with disgust written on her face.
"oh, what's not to love?" we both laugh and i decided to check on those two shorties in our living room.
"I'm just gonna check for those two, mom" she just nodded and smile at me. i walk towards our living room through a door and there i saw jisoo and jennie playing with lizzie and sam, although sam is a little bit busy with her phone and talking to jennie about how hot those male models that she worked with.
"hey hey hey! no boys allowed for now" i butt in the conversation and sam just look at me with furrowed eyebrows and she's making the pouted lips. i just look at her and rolled my eyes at her
"but Aaron taylor johnson is so hot, lali! he's my crush since i don't know when" she said with her arms folding. jennie just laugh at us
"who even is that? I'm gonna beat him up until you lost interest in boys!" i told her jokingly and she just rolled her eyes once more.
"there's no way" i just chuckles and sam ask me to sit close to her and jennie. i am now between them
"lisa, how did you and miss jennie met?" sam ask me while looking at me and jennie. lizzie came running and sit on my lap, while jisoo have an ears in size of an elephant and decided to hear the story too
"well, um. what about you tell them?" i told jennie, i don't know i just chickened out and I'm not that good expressing things in words and stuffs. i might stutter
"well, um. lisa save me from bad things that about to happen so yeah" jennie told the young girls who's listening carefully. lizzie and sam look at each other with wide eyes.
"wait, that's it?" sam ask jennie and then look at me, i just shrugged.
"no kiss kiss?" lizzie ask us that made our eyes bigger than the moon. jisoo even covered her own ears.
"how the fu-" i was about to curse when a flying pillow came flying towards me and bullseye. i couldn't even dodge the flying pillow and when i look who did that. i saw my mom wearing a smile
"language, lisa. you're in my house so stop using that filthy language here. besides, your siblings are here." she told me with full stern on her voice, which made me scratch my nape and jisoo tap my shoulder that made me look at her
"aww, baby lisa can't even curse" i was about to hit her when mom throw jisoo a pillow which made us laugh.
"jisoo, come here. I'm older than your mom, okay? so help an old woman putting the plates on the table" jisoo just sighed and smiled at my mom..
"auntie, what if? lisa help you? you know, like a mother and daughter bonding, it's very trending on social media you know? take a pic and post it on Instagram and I'll be the first one to like it" jisoo told mom and ending her suggestion with a thumbs up.
"oh really?"
"yeah, aunt! it's very trendy"
"well, in that case."
jisoo look at me with victory and raising one of her eyebrows as if telling me see? that's how you do it kind of thing
"in that case, if you're not going to help me then might as well not let you pack the chicken skewers i cook for you right?" that made jisoo run fast, and that made us laugh and i look at mom shaking her head while smiling, then she look at me.
"i miss this, lisa. you and jisoo. i remember when you told jisoo to sneak in in the middle of the night and let everyone think she's missing just cause you don't want her to leave for school, and jisoo being the crackhead who actually listen to you." Jennie's laughing her ass off and then looks at me and then my mom with wide eyes.
"really?" my mom can only nod, wow this is so amusing for her.
"yes really!" my mom look at jennie with a smile
"jisoo is staying on lisa's cabinet and whenever i go out, they're gonna play with there toys and stuff" jennie looks so amaze while looking at me while still laughing and i can't help but to laugh too
"how did you found out that jisoo is actually staying there?"
"well, while i was cleaning lisa's room i can hear someone breathing so i quickly open the cabinet and there she was"
we are now laughing and then a voice shouted from the kitchen
"hey guys, yeah um dinner's ready" we heard jisoo and i let lizzie, sam and mom walk first then later on me and jennie walk behind them, we sat down at this big rectangle table and you can see these lovely delicacies in front of us.
"now, let's say grace?" my mom ask sam to say grace before eating and we gladly did, hands intertwining. I'm se
"God, thank you for this food and thank you for getting lisa and her friends got here safely." I'm sitting between jennie and lizzie, jisoo, sam and mom is sitting in front of us.
after we say grace, all of us devour the food infront of us and i can't help but to admit that i really miss mom's cooking
"this is so yummy, aunt chittip" jennie told my mom with a smile, and i can see my mom having a proud grin
"well thank you, it's my specialty after all" she answered and everyone proceed to eat their lunch
"auntie, can i have some for to go? just incase i get hungry later and lisa is gonna be too lazy to cook us dinner?" jisoo ask mom while still eating and mom just chuckles at how jisoo throw me under the bus just to have some to go food
"hey! i cook dinner even if you don't ask me too" what can i say? a girl need to defend herself
"no you don't!"
"yes i do!"
"I can't even remember the last time you cook something for me"
"it's because before you even ask who cooked the food infront of you, you've already ate them all"

"at least i didn't name myself jisoo turtle rabbit kim"
"at least i know how to take a bath!"
i was about to jump on her across the table when i heard someone clearing her throat, and there i saw my mom glaring at us. oh we are dead
"really? infront of our food?" oh shit.
"sorry" we both apologize and jennie is shaking her head smiling
"now, jisoo. you can take some food out, and lisa? don't forget to cook them some dinner later. or else I'll let you guys stay here for the night"
we both shake our head and i just hum in response
"we can't stay for the night, mom. Jennie's friend is staying with us too, we'll meet her shortly at jisoo's house" mom can only nod in response
"oh well, i tried" mom said with a smile
